This place is a joke. Their online ordering was down so I went into the store, showed them the online coupon and my valid membership and they wouldn't honor the coupon even though it was their fault that I couldn't order online. I was treated rudely and will choose their competitors from now

I'm just sifting through all the reviews thinking should I even do this review??? Well I read alot of the employee complaints im sure some are about the one I had the issue with last few times I have gone into this facility as well. But I will add that the "district manager" (as her name badge read) Michelle is the rudest one I have ever dealt with at any subway or any other restaurant for that matter. I made sure to read her name tag today 2/8/24. She always has something slick to say and acts impatient when i go in. So if management is treating customers this way why wouldn't the employees? I will not go back to this store or any store in lake wales until she (Michelle) is no longer in management.

Young African American lady making subs needs to learn her place very rude a disrespectful has a bad attitude took a group of teenagers for a cookie before me who had already been waiting over 10mins, watched a older gentleman leave the line after this move , if this kinda attitude continues this location will lose business there are three more subways in lake walse ( one less than five minutes away) this place is here outta of convince not necessity. Management needs to reprimand this young lady for Her bad work attitude as she got mouthy with me when i questioned her reasoning. Note young man who finished my sandwich was well mannered and respectful.

I walked in with a list of three sandwiches which my late fiancé created in script. The young lady told me she doesn’t know how to read cursive! A testament to Polk county education system indeed. I wish they had more meat choices like roast beef, pastrami and corned beef.

I visited this Subway location recently and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the bathrooms. I mentioned the dirty bathrooms to an employee, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address the issue. Additionally, the employees were not very friendly or helpful. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, so I have decided not to return to this particular location.

Food wise: I walked in with my boyfriend, ordered he started building it but they didn’t have half the stuff the sandwich needed, no cheese or bacon.Store wise: it was dirty and even though the place was empty when we got there the workers were in no rush to clean or restock anything. They had no ice, no napkins, and the walls had tape on them?The person who took our order was a nice young man, he was kind and tried his hardest but it felt like they just threw him into the deep end without training him.
Food was excellent. More employees would have been good considering the number of customers! Owner to busy to do needed painting.

I would like to express my thanks to this store. See, we love Subway a LOT. We ordered some sandwiches on the app and took them home to eat them. The sandwiches weren't made right. I called the store the next day and explained the situation and they ended up making it right in the end. Bottom line, I will happily go there again. Thanks folks.

Four employees working and an empty establishment and the food still somehow managed to be 30 mins late. Ordered here last night only to find out there is no bread and my order was never prepared and I was never notified until we had went to pick up. Today they are out of meatballs. Lazy. Absolutely the worst subway I have ever been too. Food actually not horrible. However chicken is ice cold on a toasted sub….
