Huge disappointment. A large is literally a big hot dog bun. The cheesey garlic steak sub - what a disaster. A small trail of roast beef flakes on a narrow bun. You used to make a sandwich that was almost too much to finish. Where’s the cheese? Must have been under the garlic salad dressing. Now a large fountain soda and this overpriced overpublicized attempt at a sub was all in $15.07. Were chips included? No apparently not. The ad I saw had a huge sandwich and the girl showed piled on beef. Where’s the beef? Thanks but it will be years before I come back. What a terrible waste of $15!

Went before closing everything was turned off couldn’t place an order if i wanted to i would have to use the app and couldn’t get no heated food cause machine were off but you guys close at 10 all i wanted was a salad smh

Be careful with this subway they have a offer saying is the MEAL OF THE DAY right? 6.99… them if you want make the sandwich bigger is 3 more. Let say 11 because the taxes. So they say one you put it footlong is no longer the offer so you have to pay 3 dollars for you drink at the end of the I finish paying almost 15 $ 2 meals of the day… but the manager need go again to school I think

The service here is completely unacceptable. My wife, 3 kids and myself were there and got nothing but attitude the entire time the 2 girls were making the sandwiches, a whole how dare you ask me to do my job type vibe. I get that this may not be the job you want but its the one you got. You need to be better. Even though this is closer to my house I will NEVER set foot in here again. No one deserves this disrespect. And this post is 1 star only because it will not let you post with 0 stars. This place deserves negative stars.

Seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff. I don’t like doing reviews, but this isn’t the first time it’s happened here. Totally not welcoming at all :( also the soda machine always has something wrong with it.

Worst customer service i have ever received. Des didn't want to be there. We stood there for close to 10 minutes without her acknowledging us while she made a mobile order. Then she acted like she was miserable while making our food. We ordered a combo and she proceeded to tell us the fountain machine was down but I told her I wanted tea. When I told her it was coming out like water she said I know I made it this morning Idk why it's like that. I'll have to call my manager to see if it's ok to remake the tea. The manager didn't answer so she said she couldn't remake it. Several people came in after us upset cause they also couldn't get fountain drinks. This place is terrible. I would give it less than 1 if I could.

Des really didn't want to be there. Attitude the whole time. Didn't acknowledge us when we were waiting for her to complete an online order. Then felt like we killed her morning getting sandwiches. Also, their machines didn't work and there was no tea. Worst subway we have ever been to.

After having the employee walk around , I almost left, was made to think she was doing me a favor. Then the sandwich was a mess dressing running out of the bun and The meat wasn’t in the bun all the way. Way less quality that I’ve ever gotten from subway, not doing your company any favors

Place was dirty. Two people on duty. Neither wanted to work. Waiting lady making sandwich stops working and stood and did nothing. I left couldn’t stand it not even busy 3 people in there and not clean

Online order was not ready when I arrived even though I got an email saying it was. Both sandwiches had missing and incorrect toppings. They tasted good though

The manager Neysha is rude. They’re very skimpy on ingredients and when you ask for more they suddenly cop an attitude. On top of the skimping and the poor attitude, she rang my sandwich in for a higher dollar item than what it actually was. Probably the worst subway I’ve ever been into. Avoid this place unless you want to be charged more for a scantily topped sandwich.
