So my A/C in my house went out. The guy didn’t finish until 10 pm. I had not eaten all day and at that hour in this town I’m limited on my choices. After sitting in a hot house all day, I had my order all ready to go on Door Dash. Just waiting for the moment he leaves. I get there and the doors are locked so I go through the drive through and ask if that’s where I’m supposed to pick up Door Dash orders. She said yes. I pull up to the window and she’s fumbling around with the stickers that keep the bag shut. She is almost done screwing around and I tell her not to worry about it because it’s for me. Well, this blows her mind and she tells me that I can’t pick up my own Door Dash order. I ask why not? I paid for it. She takes the food and shuts the window. Then asks the guy in charge. Well, he told her that yes it was in fact possible. And she opens the window and hands me the food. And the order was not accurate. This chick is the girl that tells on everyone. Probably has zero friends and for good reason.

Idk if it’s because it’s lake whales or what but this was some good Taco Bell lol. And the girl that took my order and gave me my food was super nice and patient with me considering I couldn’t make up my mind! Definitely go to this Taco Bell if you can!

This is likely a strange review for a fast food restaurant however i feel inclined to say that this Taco Bell holds a very special place in my heart. For 6 years I have commuted between Tampa and various locations in south Florida and have stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick meal. From the age of 17 to now 23 I have sat in the parking lot with my Gordita crunch, always perfectly made, and reflected on my life at the moment. This Taco Bell has seen me through breakups, moves, family holidays, etc. Today I am grateful to be sitting in this Taco Bell reminiscing on previous visits. My cheesy Gordita crunches are always beautifully made and even though a homeless man just yelled at me, this is a perfect moment. Thank you.

The service was terrible, they didn't get my order right, forgot an item on my order, didn't give me a receipt. I had to get back to my job so I took it on faith that they did their job right, the people most certainly did not . I was less than 2 miles down the road so I went back and they proceeded to ignore me when I was trying to tell them they messed up my order . Mouthing through the glass that they were closed . I may be in the wrong for not checking my order before leaving but I had alot of items and it looked like it was all there. End result I'm out money for my order and they screwed up the order , they probably knew they did and said oh well its his problem now .

I did a Uber eats order tonight 1/25/25 from this place and I gave them a five stars on the app because I thought that I had everything but once I looked in the bag, I noticed they forgot my cinnamon twists that was supposed to be to be with my order of the Supreme Luxe Box. This is not the first time that this Taco Bell forgot something when I made an order from uber eats. And I already contacted the Uber eats support and they gave me a two dollar Uber cash balance for my missing item. I wish I can change the star rating on the app, but I tried and I can’t.
