Generally i love this place however last nights visit was horrible i asked for no onions and instead got onions on everything they had absolutely no cheese and said they were out of sauce packs I’m confused on why but I think I deserve a free meal

We came to taco bell after 1:00 they were still open.. but gave us the wrong food.. didnt relize till we got home.. its not the 1st time.. but it'll be the last time... Yall have a good

It's sad I grew up eating at this TB location and for most of my life it was the best in the state, no lie. Now, I thank them for ensuring that I will never eat Taco Bell again as long as I live.
This is the WORST Taco Bell Ive ever had in my LIFE.
After the last bite of my chicken chalupa, and the chicken being ice cold, or like it sat to death, absolutely cold and tasted uncooked, like the chicken wasn't even cooked properly, granted it's just reheated processed chicken, but I seriously almost threw up just now. I will never go back to this location again. This is the final time. And after how bad the experience was, Taco Bell lost another life long customer. For the same price I could have gotten some good authentic tacos locally, and from now on until I die, that's what Im gonna do!

Went through the drive through and this is the best service I've ever received at a fast food place. Handled my special request with no errors and even labeled my food so I wouldn't get it mixed up with my husband's order. Thank you 🙏🏼

Extremely rude when talking. Taking one order at a time are would order go to the window and after they receive their order, they would take the next Cars order makes no sensep Then I got attitude just cause I wanted to order food like it’s your job why be so rude this is the worst Tacobell in the area. It has been like this for years.

I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up but I sat in the line for 20 mins before I ended up going inside because the order said it was ready. I didn’t want the food sitting there to get cold so I went in and told them my name. I waited another 3 mins for them to find my name then waited 35 mins to get my food. I also heard a manager telling the girl at the counter to go play on her phone when he counted the draw. You would think for a store with at least 5 people working would be able to fill an order in less than 45 mins. Also don’t tell people their order is ready on the app when it hasn’t even been started because they cleared all of drive thru before even starting my order
