I hardly ever write a review for a place that’s owned by a corporation because I feel it really doesn’t matter, but this Taco Bell is the exception. My orders are always simple: 2 bean burritos with no onions. Not only does this location consistently get my order right (remember, no onions), but they also make sure their beans are perfect. Too many times, other locations have dry pasty beans that are barely edible. In addition, those other locations usually hand me a dried out tortilla with those dried out beans and it’s lukewarm. Well this location has perfect beans, soft and warmtortillas, and their food is HOT!! Delicious!!

Ordered some hard tacos! Just needed to have some meat on there and I would've had some tacos. Was mostly a hard empty taco shell!

So we went there today got our food then we left some guy put his number in our food , your there to work not flirt

Ordered menu items and requested that certain ingredients to be added and remove. Was asked by the drive thru attendant if order was correct which it was (ON SCREEN) when I got my food and drove home to eat only to realized that two of the menu items that I had SPECIFICALLY asked for certain ingredients to be removed and some ingredients to be added were COMPLETELY wrong. I am not sure if it was the time I had came through or if it was something else. But I don’t see at 9:51pm when the store closes at 1:00am would be an issue. Also at the time supposedly the card reader was down and tap pay was not an option so cash was the only thing to be accepted so I used cash. But it seemed like the crew didn’t even want to do their job or they simply didn’t care. I work as an assistant manager for a shop so I understand how it is sometimes. But I still strive to do my job simply because it’s what I agreed to do. So I do not understand how it’s hard for simple instructions that is displayed on a screen to do. There is simply no excuse for the service and food I was provided. I have been to the location before and haven’t received this kind of service before. Not sure if it’s relevant but order number is 444.

The manager should be really proud of the team that was on shift tonight! The young lady that took our order was extremely friendly and very helpful and the food was fresh and yummy ….. much appreciated especially after a long drive. Thank you ?Vegetarian options: Black bean chalupa are so yummy!
