On a late night coming down 27N I gave my niece two options she choose Taco Bell we visited through the drive-through and we were greeted by the lovely Sierra. She was patient very kind had an amazing smile and I could tell that she enjoyed what she does here at this location. In today’s world you don’t encounter this the whole lot anymore customer service where it really counts can tell this store is being led by great staff! Sierra is really a star and I hope you guys know that!!

We were in Florida visiting family. They never had Taco Bell so we treated them to their first meal there. This Taco Bell restaurant didn't let us down. Service was fast, and food was fresh and delicious. My family is a fan now lol.

This is the third time I have been in this location's drive thru this year and I have been asked to pull up because I have a large order. I am fine with pulling up as long as you get my order correct! First off no one acts happy to help me..ever! I spend over 40 dollars every time I go and I get home, 20 minutes away, always missing food! Do not waste your money because I am out 25 dollars in food this year due to rude, young people not able to do their job!

I called to put in a complaint and talk to manage.one of the employees answer the phone and said I could not talk to a manager till around two. she proceeds to tell me I could not talk to a manager and I asked her why did I have to wait till two to talk to a manager and she responded and said if I can’t wait don’t call back at all and hung up the phone once I called back they did not pick up.what type of establishment are yall running with rude employee.

Worst experience. I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up my order. And when I asked how long it’s going to be, the lady said they’re still working on the order. Very rude staff, poor management. Would never return again.

I arrived at Taco Bell and the initial greeting was very rude. I ordered a Total of seven meals spending $75 and did not receive the orders that I ordered. I was also informed that because it was 45 minutes to closing that their fryers are already down and it could not make any fries. I ordered several of my meals without tomatoes being that my family has a tomato allergy so I just opted to not get tomatoes drove back through the drive-through and informed them that everything had tomatoes by this time because I had to leave and turn around the store was then closing. I was informed that they would take care of me on my next visit. I am so upset and I’m gonna demand a refund tomorrow morning when a manager arrives to the store I definitely recommend this location as it is always an issue when ordering here.

Customer service is lacking. Very rude employees and this is all time of the day and night. Food is Taco Bell but if management sees this you need to fix the Customer service and attitudes of your employees. If you don't care well then it is what it is.

I was ordering on the drive-through and when I took a second to think she said oh my gosh, I had a lot of food to order because it wasn’t just me eating but my family so I had to get pulled to the front and wait for my food and the lady came out. She had her phone in her hands. She didn’t even look at me. She just corrected her arm at me with the food in her hands while looking at her phone and didn’t say a single word when I said thank you said ha hame my wife and my autistic kid in the car were appalled about behavior
