Ice cream was good... but not so great for its price.. the cup was not as full as I was expecting and it melted way too fast. At least the outside area where we sat to eat our ? was nice and clean.

My wife and I come here regularly for milkshakes or Sundays, sometimes with our kids or dogs and sometime just us. Our dogs love the pup cups and the staff always get a laugh at how excited the dogs get as they see their ice cream coming. Sometimes there is a line but it always keeps moving so never been a big deal. The staff is always friendly and fast with our order, and everything is always presentable and clean.
Vegan dairy free flavor is dole whip. The day I went it was orange.

Just rediscovered this place this week. Went yesterday for a simple cone. I paid $3 and some change. Came back today and ordered the exact same thing, this time was $5+??? Nothing different. What a shame, I enjoyed it but not if they're going to keep changing prices.
8 dollars for 4 ounces of soup, I don’t know how this place stays in business. My first and last time visiting Toppers.

Definitely last time we come. Every time we come portions get smaller and prices get more expensive. They advertised for free Holliday sprinkles but paid $3 for sprinkles. Almost $30 for 3 smalls and 2 Sundays. They use condiment containers for kid’s portions, last time I was there they didn’t do that. Lesson learned but it’s sad that it cost so much just to take your kiddos out. Just a tip for anyone with the same feelings surfs up has amazing ice cream and you get way more for the price.
