I came in to pick up my order, and the employee who was supposed to hand me my food looked at me several times but completely ignored me. She didn’t acknowledge me at all and even gave me an unnecessary rude look. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

So it's a lady named Angie working the drink area. She was ride and had a attitude. Talking and cussing to herself. Slamming milk jug down and blender was thrown into the sink. Very uncomfortable situation. She was so upset she messed up my drinks

I would normally love to give this Wawa a good review but tonight I was highly disappointed with what I witnessed. A young girl accidentally dropped her drink as she tried to put her straw through the lid. Instead of getting a mop or even giving this young girl a rag to help, all staff ignored her and her two friends as they scooped the drink off the floor with their hands. Staff didn’t even blink an eye and all three kids were extremely polite and apologized multiple times! Staff didn’t offer a remake of the young girls drink even though she hadn’t even had a single sip. It was disappointing to see the staff completely ignore the whole situation and even when the kids said something they were ignored. I’m a manager in food service and I expect way more of my staff than that.

Don't make a simple order mistake. The employees will have a fit, roll their eyes, give you a straight attitude, and even slam the plates and cups just over a mistake.
Ordered delivery last night , the food y’all make is absolutely disgusting. Never again . The quality of ingredients? Wow . I felt like I had chopped up chicken nuggets in a wrap ?? What happened to these chicken strips I was awaiting? Sweet pickles ? How gross. Every one talks about Wawa they must not have any taste buds . Absolutely disgusting !

As the TV commercials say - this is a great place to get a quality fresh-made sandwich. Only downside is that some of their menu items have changed. Also, every time here - never a problem with the food. It just takes way to long to get a sandwich made. Allin all - still a great place to go.
