Entered the place and already there were two people who have been waiting more than 30 minutes for their food. The people working here have really sloppy communication skills and the food takes at least 20 minutes to be made. The place is ghetto and I recommend going to the McDonald's or the Taco Bell next door.

Food was very good, hot & fresh. However, cashier wasn't the least bit friendly, no thank you, sour look on her face. Floor was so sticky, my feet stuck to floor. Entire place could use a good cleaning.

Wendy's hwy 60 In lake Wales FL is horrible the tables are dirty by the time you get ur food it's cold the employees are racist and their attitudes suck all around worse place ever if you go there you will regret it

This Wendy's it's a nightmare I know the drive thru is important but how about the customers inside waiting for almost 20 mints in line and customers behind me leaving because the wait it's insane plus the cashier seems to have a problem she looks mad and I totally understand her because she's by her self at the counter but anyways you can't be mad in front of the customers. I ask for the MANAGER and she was trying to do her best with drive-thru orders but no worrys at all about customers inside. I came at 11:58 am I ordered at 12:18 and it's 12:38 and still waiting for my order.

No one cares that works here. They apparently can't read because this is the second time I have ordered a kids meal and didn't get one, also bbq sauce was on the order twice and again did not get any. The only location that needs to be open is the one on 27.
