Worst location now. They added a robot to take orders that is very loud and gets orders wrong. Also, they had no Fryer's working this evening so I had to go to the next joint for kids nuggets. I was a loyal fan of this place but with the garbage drive thru super loud robotic order and the fact they streamline the menu with limited photos, forget this place. You just lost a weekly customer.. Never had baked potatoes and now never have me back again..

They must have new people. They don't listen to customer when place there order. I did not realize that my order was wrong until after the order was place. I did not want to make a big deal out of it. So we took our order and leave. Will not revisit this store.

I have never rated a fast food restaurant before but I felt the need to with this one. Today was the third and final time I'll go there. I kept giving them chances even though every time I've been I had to wait 20+ minutes only for them to get my order wrong. Last time I was there, when I finally got to the window, they handed me my frosty and asked me to pull up because the chicken had 3 more minutes. About 10 minutes later, they come out with my food and forget my drink. I ask for my drink... they bring it with no ice another 3 minutes later. By this time my frosty is melted and I get home to find they gave me a single burger instead of the double I paid for.
Today I go (thinking I'll give them one more chance) and once again Im in the drive thru waiting for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. I get to the window, pay, wait another 5+ minutes for my food. I check the burger to make sure it's right. It's right this time, great...I'm thinking they finally got it. I get home and get everything out and pull out my Cobb salad to find out they didn't put any chicken or bacon on it. So my $9 lunch consisted of a bowl of lettuce, cheese, egg, and tomato. Didn't think to check the salad because last time I was there I asked for no tomato and they told me they couldn't do that because the salads are pre made. Absolutely terrible service every single time and I will not go back.

The service was great, but the food not so much. I ordered the number five, which was the chicken wrap and the chicken was not good. It was very hard like it was reheated multiple times to the point where it was uneditable.

I went to the restaurant, there was only one customer in line waiting for their order, I stood there for 15 to 20 minutes and no one came out to serve me, there were no employees at the front, no one told me to wait or apologized for the delay, no employee ever showed up. There was no one in the kitchen and apparently there is no manager because they don't care about customer service. What can I say: terrible service, the worst of all restaurants.

I was craving wendy's so bad but after eating the food quickly regretted I came by today Sunday 7/13/25 around 3pm we ordered we sat down and quickly noticed the burgers were cold we did not complain because I don't complain to the people that makes my food but yeah was very disappointed an I have to add this food send us to the bathroom real quick 😖
I could see that there were quite a few employees but they kept talking in the back and in order to order we had to wait approximately 10 minutes without anyone waiting and the dining room was empty.

I have been to this Wendy's and have been satisfied in the past but this was not the case on this occasion. The food was cold. The service was subpar and I had to go back for my food, a Fuego burger, the most expensive thing I ordered. I was then told by the manager that there was an extra on their line. Really🤔 maybe because it was mine! They really couldn't handle the lunch crowd that was coming through. People were standing around waiting for their food for an extended period of time. Not the best experience.
