Used to be pretty decent for the price I dont know if it's because of different people working but. I ordered a big burrito which is 13 and some change and I open my box today and it's like a taco bell sized burrito. I was coming here because it was economical and tasty but now it seems that they're doing less on the portions so I'll just go somewhere else now. Used to be the big burrito would be my dinner and breakfast the next day and now it's like a small taco bell size burrito with mostly rice super disappointed.

waited for almost 45 min for a lengua quesadilla (which i was also charged extra) and when i got home it was not lengua but regular beef

Some of the best Mexican food/ tacos that I have ever had. worked right around the corner from here and ate here every single day for about three straight years!

I've been eating here a few times a week for eight years ever since they opened up the actual locations they move staff around. It's only been the last year year and a half where they started getting order wrong constantly.
The new person continuously asks is that it? is that? it is that? it is that? is that it ? while you're trying to put your order in, she's so focused on your order being over that she's not paying attention to what you're ordering.
I get that when you expand you need to spread your staff around, but maybe train the New hires a little better, i order here so much that my order is wrong probably one out of every three times I order, which is way too much considering. I'm probably getting food here three times a week.
