I'm only mad because I used to love going to this place. But now, they can't wait on people, the app doesn't work, and I pulled up tonight and the person at the box couldn't even understand what I was saying after I said it a few times. Loud and clear. She didn't even know what a chocolate fudge cappy was, and it's on their menu. You got a line wrapped around the building that doesn't move for almost an hour. This place needs to shut down or change. Like I literally don't even want to go back to this place, and it's my favorite place to go to. This place got me so worked up, I didn't even want anything anymore

I don’t know who works at that location, but my friend ordered DoorDash and I could hear a lady yelling to not go near. The Door dasher said the lady would not give her the food.

And it wasn’t rush time even I was in Dubai for 12 years it was our favorite brand I believe you don’t know any thing about baskin Robbins or customer service I wish I can talk to the owner really I believe you losing money with this team

Don't buy here unless you want to waste your money. I wasn't aware a 2 scoop sundae was actually less than 1 full scoop combined without any sauces and toppings that I ordered with it. This place makes McDonalds sundaes look gourmet. That's sad.

Been at the drive thru trying to pick up an uber eats order for 15 minutes and still nothing..its insane..please schedule enough staff and don't abuse your workers..there's 5 cars in the drive thru and ubereats doesn't Pay enough to be waiting for soo long..I'm literally writing this review as I wait in line..tighten up!!

Staff did not get along. Manager argued with staff about not locking the door on time and a client “slipped” in. My wife and I made it in on time and were served, but they were pretty upset about the customer that came. Overall, the food was okay but the service was very poor. Unfortunately, they are the only ones around the area.
Did a mobile order here and the store didn’t have my order or refund and the lady who was working couldn’t be bothered to explain

I ordered from doordash a 2 scoop of chocolate and cotton candy and got the chocolate but inside of cotton candy i got some type of sorbet i also asked for the sour gummy worms and didn’t get any quite disappointed as this is my second time buying and last time i ordered with family and they forgot a bowl

Ordered an ice cream cake a week before pick up. Someone called the next day to confirm and let me know they needed to change the flavor so I said that's fine. I drive 30 minutes to pick up the cake at the exact pick up time and it's no where to be found. The person that called me was working and just simply couldn't find my cake? I don't understand. The order was confirmed and paid for and even confirmed a second time over the phone. When I get there he shows me another cake made with the flavor I had originally wanted and asked if this was it? When it was for a completely different person( if I had said yes I would've been able to walk away with this persons cake) When I was told they didn't even have that flavor.. very disappointed and now without a cake. Also , they never refunded me and claimed they can’t. Not only is this illegal but it’s theft. Rediculous you can’t steal a customers money because YOU made a mistake .

Ordered a Turkey cake 2 months in advance. Showed up and they didn’t have it. Said they couldn’t refund and to call corporate, corporate stated that the location is privately owned so they can’t help. Baskin robbins refuses to give me a refund even though I drove 30 minutes to pick up a cake they didn’t even make.
