Such an eclectic designed and lite place with great food and desserts. We had the chicken and short ribs with Italian key lime and biscoff ganache chocolate pies. The Black Stallion wine from Oregon was so great as well.

Another great restaurant by Lisa Mercado! Always the best food around. Fun decor. Art for sale off the walls. And you MUST have the life changing chocolate peanut butter pie (cold is best).

Do not waste your money or time. What used to be a wonderful place has turned into a terrible mess.

Good Service, food ok, overpriced drinks (cappucino $6 ??)

A cool bistro cum garage sale where everything you see is for sale, this place is famous for the puff pastry-filled brie drizzled with a raspberry sauce.

I hate to do this but I must. We were eating at Bizaare Cafe recently, all was going well until my boyfriend looked up and thought he saw something running along the floor. Sure enough rats were running around inside the restaurant while we and other diners were eating. I freaked and the manager or whoever she was came over and said yeah I know, we are taking care of it! Taking care of it she was not doing, she was serving food to people while she knew they had and still do have a rat problem. Her attitude shocked me as much as the rats did. I have been sick ever since(a week) with a sore throat and an overall sick feeling. I must say the food was good and if we hadn't seen them we would not have suspected anything. Now I know why they keep it so dark in there. Ugh!

Food is unremarkable, manage.ent is terrible. Owner brings her dog into the kitchen and into the restaurant. Talk about against the law! I was aghast. THEN, to put icing on the cake I see movement out of the corner of my eye - and its A RAT!! RUNNING AGAINST THE WALL - A BIG RAT. They tried to say it must have gotten in a door they had open. Nice try. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. DISGUSTING, DIRTY, BAD MANAGEMENT. RATS RATS RATS!!!

Food is awful...second time eating...and last time. tapas are all fried food. really gross. soup was rancid...owner (who would not admit to be the owner or manager) could NOT have cared less. our server who was very nice told us the kitchen crew was short as the someone in the kitchen left because he had the flu. GROSS!! to top that off. the womens rest room had no soap... no wonder they had the flu... I can not stress enough how awful the meal was.

I have been to this amazing café many times. The music is always delightful with a great bottle of wine. The wait staff is fun and friendly making the dining experience extremely comfortable. On my last visit I went with 4 friends. We ordered a few appetizers and each of us ordered a different dinner. The table shared meals enjoying every bite. I highly recommend stopping in here for a great dining experience or just to enjoy the bar for a drink.

Finally they fired the last chef who has succeed in giving a bad reputation for a couple of months. Now it is back on track, the food is excellent and service is very nice. But stay downstairs it is much nicer and not so uptight.

So my wife and I purchased one of those $25 Coupons where you get $50 of Food at Bizarre. The fine print read that you had to buy 2 main course dishes or pastas. So we went in, ordered a Tilapia, a pasta dish, baked brie, lobster bisque etc. (more than enough to cover the 2 dish minimum). And the owner sends one of her poor managers out to say, and I quote "She just changed the rules, you either have to get 2 main course dishes, or I have to charge you $7 more for the pasta." And I said, "But, I just spent an extra $30 on Tapas, and soup, and it says that pasta's are acceptable?" He said, "I know, there's no rhyme or reason, but she just changed the rule right now."
Needless to say, don't ever go to this place. It's not worth the nickle-and-diming potential to ruin what could have been a returning customer, and a good experience.
