The staff is wonderful the food is excellent the places is well kept the Ladies Room the the whole dining room area very helpful I would definitely recommend it thank you all
You'll alway have a delicious meal; the housekeeping stuff like restocking and refilling . I will visit again though.
Not very impressive, walked up to store and entry doors looked like they were washed with a dirty mop. The floors were very dirty, the food looked like it had been sitting and just being kept mildly warm, the 2 slices of meatloaf I received were very small. Finished my kinda gross lunch and used restroom before I was to leave and the slimy floor was very nasty, wasued my hands and used my shoes to exit building. Not happy. Sorry...
Rotisserie chicken was perfectly done. I love it the way it was done.Glazed sweet potatoes was good and the fresh corn bread was just perfect
The customer service wasn’t good and one person in particular wasn’t doing well under the pressure he was taking orders but not filling them correctly at at all, thank his the cashier was on point, she kept things moving along and tried her best to keep the orders straight
I have got at least a dozen e-mails from you over the last 3 days bragging about you birthday special "Whole Rotisserie Chicken" $3.60, limit 2. I never got to asked for the apple pie.I asked for two whole chickens and was told they would only sell me one. When I asked for two, I was refused service. The clerk took the next person in line and refused the sale. The manager was standing right next to her.I wish google had a mechanism for negative stars. And the restaurant was dirty.

Very disappointed in the sides with my meal. The quality was lacking or they were sitting a long time/ old. The guy that put my chicken on plate did not have on gloves.
Great chicken and sweet potatoes. Love there food and service.
When they are open, the people are friendly and the food is good. I wish I could give them a five star,,but they usually close early in store and drive thru when they are short staffed. They don't even answer the phone
Restaurantji Recommends
Can’t spell trash without Boston Market. Thoroughly disappointed. How can you be out of sandwiches when you’ve been open for 1 hour? There’s not exactly a busy restaurant. The sides are the star at this restaurant. Other than that, please go somewhere else.
We've been customers for years at the Wellington store just ordered curbside on line, got to the restaurant nobody answered the phone and there was only one customer inside. They didn't give us the cornbread, the ribs had no flavor, Mac & cheese was salty and the chicken and 2 more sides were stale. So sorry we didn't get the flavory food that we are used to.
Drove all the way there just for a sign outside to say online orders only. I called to see if that means if I could order online for pick up or was it delivery only but it rang so long and no one answered. Went again today another sign up saying no chicken, no cornbread and limited sides only. I understand the labor shortage but I go to the restaurant in Boynton and can still get food.
Typical Boston Market restraunt. Better than the frozen stuff at the grocery but not by much.

Went again today another sign up saying no chicken, no cornbread and limited sides only. So why even be open? Won't be going back.
