There should be a negative star section! Last I checked double means 2!!! So a double cheeseburger should have 2 patties right? And having to wait 15+ mins in the drive thru only for your order to be incomplete and wrong 😑 Not satisfied

How come I can't rate zero stars?
For starters I was left hanging at the take out box to simply pull up, not knowing if I was recognized just to be scolded by child because I was supposed to wait.
Then told TOLD to order now.
After placing my order I went to move to the next window to be TOLD again to stay at that window.
So the window I wasn't supposed to be at was the only window I used.
Then, as the bag wash pushed in my direction I offered a thank you to get nothing in return.
Help me understand how this is service of any kind

The manager had a terrible attitude. Although she did try to fix the problem afterwards she had an attitude with me and my family asking for a refill and didn’t even respond and just started flicking her finger for me to take off the lid. The whole order was wrong and the cashier doesn’t even know how to properly work his station as he flipped the screen and asked if it was correct rather than repeating or asking me to repeat it

The lady was very nice she brought my food to the table seeing how I am in a wheel chair she was very friendly and the ham and cheese sandwich is the best .
