The manager had a terrible attitude. Although she did try to fix the problem afterwards she had an attitude with me and my family asking for a refill and didn’t even respond and just started flicking her finger for me to take off the lid. The whole order was wrong and the cashier doesn’t even know how to properly work his station as he flipped the screen and asked if it was correct rather than repeating or asking me to repeat it

The lady was very nice she brought my food to the table seeing how I am in a wheel chair she was very friendly and the ham and cheese sandwich is the best .

They make you wait at the first window for 10 minutes after placing order and paying so they can go help others before u pull up to the timer hand u food it’s messy and attitude from all employees just bad service all around corporate needs to do a random secret shopper so they can see how they are treating all the employees do not recommend this location

Whatever is going here needs to be improve and fix asap. If you’re not able to serve then close down and fix things because it’s not ok to let people wait more than 30 mins and had to leave after that long wait. Have someone out on your drive thru and let people know. Bad management.

awful. i hate this place. i wish they would go out of business. i waited in line for 45 minutes and when i got to the speaker they said that my mobile order was taken by someone else. HORRIBLE. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

HORRIBLE go to any other burger King, this one will have you waiting for HOURS, WE LEFT AFTER 30 MINUTES we had ordered online and had to cancel the order because of how awful it was.

Waited in line for 25 minutes with 3 people ahead of me. Got home and 2 of my 6 wraps were not in the bag. Called the store 4 times with no answer.
This location is always beyond slow but staffed enough that 4 cars shouldn't take 30 minutes when the inside is closed.
Another 20 minutes waiting to get the 2 wraps after driving back and wouldn't even compensate me for the hour of wasted time spent sitting in the drive through.
Management sucks. This place just needs to be closed down.
