Today I passed by your restaurant as a chance and I had 2 super rude employers from your restaurant, if you send us coupons to our house it is so that we can visit your restaurant, I work in a restaurant and my worst thing is my clients, they are racist and they make fun of their clients I speak English and Spanish and if I feel like speaking Spanish I can do it when your employers are Spanish rude and racial treatment I will never go to this restaurant again even if my children ask for it. Money is worth the same anywhere, change your employees for better customer treatment, for that reason perhaps your restaurant is empty.

There was this one white girl with dog hair all over her , I’m not one to judge but it’s absolutely unsanitary. Was disgusted eating my food. The only people that were nice to me when I do go is this girl with curly hair and this tall pretty girl. Definitely the only two people that I’m satisfied with.

Is the worst nightcrew ever I spent over $35 on a meals and didn't even get it. The way I was supposed terrible manager. Nobody answering phones, it's disgusting. She needs to be fired. You need to replace your night crew. They don't care About customer quality.

My husband and I ordered at the drive thru yesterday. The food was good and they got the order right, except that we never got a cup of water that we asked for. It just took way too long. There was only one car ahead of us and it took forever to get them out so I thought surely my two sandwiches would be ready when I got to the window. Nope! Mind you, when we pulled in, the parking lot was empty so unless they had an avalanche of online orders, they weren't that busy. What bothered me the most was that the young lady barely spoke to us. She just left us there waiting. Not even an apology. I worked at a BK when I was young and back then, the drive through took priority. I guess not anymore.

the worker was very rude in the drive thru had to read off my mobile order to her like five time then when I got to the window she had me read it to her another 3 time then took a picture of my phone with the order and took like 15 minutes to give me my 4 burger and 1 drink and I was still missing a burger so I had to turn around and come back inside and she was incredibly rude when I came inside was rolling her eyes and shooed me away from the counter and kept saying i wasn't missing a burger till I read the order off to her another 2 times. overall she was incredibly rude and I will never be coming back. I'd rather drive further away them come back.
The service was very good, the employees are super friendly and the food was delicious.

The lady told me one minute with no people inside or at the drive thru window. Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru menu with no line. She asked for my order I told her my order then with an attitude told me “I said one minute”.
Never again with service like this they need to close that location ASAP.

Terrible service in fact came in for a interview that was supposed to have been 30 minutes but instead had us write down our name and number and said they'd call us and that was essentially it they wouldn't even pick up our calls beforehand so how do we expect them to actually abide and the whole area Is too loud and chaotic and the food was terrible
