I visit Burger King on 12/19/25 at 8pm I was helped by the manager “Anthony” I must say the most kindest person I met here I been coming to this place for 8 years I recently visited and had bad services and rude attitude from previous manager! Thank god for Anthony! He was awesome. I will be back thanks for the great services and kind attitude.

I came in early morning I felt sorry for the two ladies working it was very busy and packed , I had been waiting awhile the lady taking the orders running back fourth you could see she was stressed and needed more help she gave great customer service apologized for the inconvenience .

the “manager” here is extremely disrespectful. i bought he was the manager because of how unprofessional he was but if he was the manager he shouldn’t be. they didn’t get the order correct, they were very disrespectful. and the reason? because he kept saying “i can’t hear you” over and over again almost ragebaiting us while we are screaming at him what we wanted but he refused to hear us. horrible service

I usually dont like leaving reviews! But i wuit going to this burgerking because everytime i went there the food was cold and they never get my order right! Went again today because an employee told me they turned things around! Nope ordered a royal chicken sandwich with bacon and swiss no mayo or tomatos low and behold had mayo took it back the lady apologized brought me back another one and low and behold it was a regular chicken sandwich!!was over it asked for a refund! Only good part of this visit was the very nice lady running the front! Wont visit this establishmemt again

I've seen a major turnaround in the past several weeks. Since the new general manager started things have shaped up at this location. The employees actually care and show it. They will go out of their way to help you as much as possible. It's also a thousand times cleaner than before. Most fast food places only have a few good employees. This Burger King has the best of the best employees and the most genuine general manager. Matthew may be young, but he knows what he's doing and he's doing it right. You really can't find a place like this just anywhere. It's absolutely wonderful
