Worst service n u should at least put someone who knows English to take orders literally spent a hole hour in line this is insaneN they didn’t even finish taking my order befor telling me to pull up to window needs better service like immediately

At drive thru at 2.30 pm Saturday. The 16th .Asked manager Claudine for 8 pieces of mossrela sticks. When I got to window she asked me again what I want, I told her 8 mossrela sticks . She came with a whopper junior combo charging me 12 dollars. Asked her why? She says that's what I asked for. Horrible!!

I have been to this location several times. Sometimes food and service is terrible. Other times it's very good. Normally I order a Whopper with onion rings and a drink. Most of the time the onion rings are crispy and very tasty. Sometimes they're soggy and stuck together. Lately they have not had onion ring sauce. On occasion, you will get homeless people right outside the location or using their restrooms.

Without fail the slowest Burger King service around. You can order in the app come 10-15 minutes to pickup and still wait 15 mins even for small orders. It sure if their hand crafting each patty and French fries or what. Only close location and for some reason every time I decide to try again I think it’s going to be different and it’s not. This is not my way BK.
