I have been going there almost ever week since they opened..I have carvel ice cream since the 1950s. This store should not represent carvel..everyone a get a sundae. They dont even fill the cup with ice cream.i get andvotgers I watched...they get a partial cup of ice cream and alot of air...also today I went and ordered a thick shake.i asked the kid to put a little chocolate syrup in the shake.because that is how it is suppot to be made...I am getting them for the past 60 years.....when I went to pay it was check out was alot highe price..I questioned her and she told me that I was paying extra for the smaa amount of syrup...this is ridiculous. Tgeyvdontvwven know how to make the shakes...also the owner skips on the cups of ice cream...GO TO ANITHER CARVEL STORE....

I love carvel they have great soft serve and this location has super nice staff and is very clean. I love the cone selection. I got a dipped cone with sprinkles. It was such a huge portion of ice cream. The chocolate is so rich and creamy and delicious. I tried toasted marshmallow and it was a little too strong but I got it anyway.

Went with my family against our better judgement because last time we went my grandson was served ice cream with hair in it and when showed the owner he said no hair in it. So we gave the store another chance today. The owner was there and I ordered a kids cone with vanilla soft serve with chocolate sprinkles. He gave me a kids cup with maybe a teaspoon of chocolate sprinkles. I told him I wanted it in a cone he basically threw the cone at me no gloves on no hat or hair net. He proceeded to say I said cup. Then my friend ordered a cup with chocolate sprinkles and he gave her rainbow sprinkles and when she said she said chocolate he said no she said colored! Maybe he should repeat the order. My other friend orders a thick shake and was handed the cup with ice cream pouring down the side of the cup. No offer to remake any order or apology saying he got the orders wrong. My daughter who is the one who wanted the ice cream didn’t even order since he messed up 3 orders. Won’t be returning and letting our friends know. Definitely no customer service and it’s a disappointment since he is the owner. Zero stars

We also Ordered a cup with chocolate sprinkles I was given rainbow sprinkles the guy said you ordered colored sprinkles. My husbands shake cup was filthy. Never again will we go there
Everytime I come here there is a lady with attitude but today I came at 9 like alway and she said they were close when the sing said they close at 10. After me three more people came and she said the same thing.

Alona (see attached picture) went out of her way to ruin a beautiful afternoon by accusing my children of stealing for simply holding a balloon, asking as soon as it was picked up "so are you going to pay for that one?" I advised we weren't purchasing but just looking to which she accused us of stealing a balloon previously (which was paid for) and would do it again. Way to embarrass a pre school child and leave her in tears. The shop itself is filty, tables are disgusting and not washed, bathroom has no hand soap so where do employees wash hands after use as required by law? I would recommend Aberdeen Creamery just up the road as an alternative!

Ice cream seems old melted and refrozen. Man at the registrer, mid age, has a nasty attitude and can't even look at you and just points to the screen for tips. I question the freshness and cleanliness of this location.
