Girls working are nice but it is overpriced. Double cone was $3.99 but was charged $2.59 extra for the ice cream, thought price on sign would include ice cream! Apparently not!! Next time I will go to McDonald’s for a cone instead.

Horrible service . I walked in and stood at the register for no one to greet me . I then seen a man working . Didn’t even lift his head to greet a customer . 2 white people walk in after me and get greeted and served and cashed out before he then ask me if I’m ready …. . Racist disgusting.nasty employees. Talk about rude and racist. My husband and I just wanted to come for a quick ice cream run. Only to be humiliated by the manager himself. Their brownie bits tasted absolutely disgusting, dry, and stale. I made it kindly known to the manager that I would like to have a new ice cream sundae. I’m not sure if he found it funny or pleasing to make a joke of it by going to taste the brownie bits himself, and say that nothing was wrong with it, and proceeded to make a scene as if I was the problem. Safe to say, I would never in my life step foot at this location, or possibly another Carvel ever. It’s 2024. It’s sad that racism still exist so heavily. Yes, my husband and I were the only Black Americans in this place at that particular time., so my decision towards race was highly influenced.

Absolutely amazing service, loved the outside seating and was a great time with the family. The kids really loved all the toppings they could choose from, there were tons! Definitely going to be back!Parking: Marvel is in a shopping center with other stores so there was way more than enough parking.Kid-friendliness: Little ones absolutely LOVED our visit. The staff was so patient with each of my kiddos putting tons of different toppings on their icecream cups, they must have asked me a dozen times to take them back and it's just been a week since our visit.

The ice cream is fine, the store is okay but the seating area outdoors is filthy. Shouldn't the owner take some time to wipe down the tables and chairs? Why expect your patron to sit in a chair covered with bird poop.The young employees are fine, but when the owner serves you, he never has a smile and gives you half a portion. Having Carvel is a fun experience, his grumpiness and attitude detract from it!
