I ordered 4 chicken burgers but they gave me beef ones , I particularly mentioned chicken burger twice while ordering because we don't eat beef.

It was one of the worst experiences I've had. The employees were nice but I had to wait a bit. No biggie. I got the food home and it was inedible. $30 of food right into the trash.

Im so frustrated. We love the food but my orders always has at least one item wrong, we never get a receipt, and they dont answer the phone!?! I asked for my loaded fries with ranch on the side as my wife doesnt like it and we share a large. Get home covered in ranch.

The automated ordering system here is so cumbersome. Every time I order something I just have to repeat everything again multiple times to an actual employee. It took 15 minutes just to order my food let alone wait for it to be prepared.

Get away from that robot taking orders, had, everyone's messed up and the young lady still had to take them and straighten them out. So it was WAY MORE UNNECESSARY WORK for Employees.

A worker used the same gloves to handle the money given, as well as, to pat my fries in the fry container. They also put my burgers in the wrapper with those same gloves that touched the dirty money. Please go over how to serve customers and sanitation.

Man I could careless what anyone says. Checkers has been a staple in our community since I was a little dude. I am now 31. I hear a lot about this new owner… he’s smart! Everyone changed after Covid. No more super late spots. Checkers is underrated & there’s usually only 2 people working late shift. Thanks for feeding me after hours. FYI people that are complaining it’s 2am it’s checkers not gourmet dip sh*ts. Kudos to you all! Everyone closes. You stay open!

Ordered through drive through on 5/13 /2023 the cashier said fries were in another bag ! Half looked at it because I took her word for it ! I ordered the specials which are one burger , chicken bites, fries and soda $5.00 each ordered three orders ! Would be a good deal if you get what you ordered!! Be careful and make sure u check your order ! One of my fries was missing ! I live 30 minutes from here so I'm not wasting my time and gas for one fry !! I called corporate to let them know about it ! I received no call back !! I will skip this place from now on!! Especially since others have had poor reviews !!
