I consistently receive excellent service and fresh, delicious food at this Chick-fil-A location. I also really appreciate the dedicated mobile-order lane — it helps save time for both customers and the hardworking team members during busy hours.
The only challenge I’ve experienced is when drivers who haven’t placed a mobile order enter the mobile-only lane. This causes delays and forces employees to step away from the main drive-thru to take their orders, which seems unfair to both the staff and the customers who followed the instructions. Clear signage is already in place, so I hope this process can be enforced a bit more, whether by directing those drivers back to the main drive-thru line or asking them to park and place a mobile order before returning.
Overall, I love this location and appreciate the staff’s hard work. Thank you for always providing great service!

I can see why this chick fil a has 2.8 stars. Picked my food up at drive thru at 6:30pm 12/10 and while getting my food the little girl at the time mis pronounced my name. I would think it’s common that people correct them politely if they say it wrong. So I politely say my name back to her correctly and her response was “whatever”. What customer service do we have here. I didn’t get the name or anything but definitely got the time stamp. You guys need to do better!

Avoid this location at all cost, everyone walks by the window without acknowledging customers, I got there at 10:18 for breakfast they had a line of customers waiting to order for at least 5 mins and at 10:28 when they finally got to me they didn't take breakfast orders. I went to McDonald's across the street and they served me breakfast at 10:36. It's shameful that McDonald's out did Chick-fil-A

This chick fil a has to be the worst by far. Terrible customer service, cold food, asked for strawberry shake and got a chocolate one all nasty grown men in the kitchen just not caring. They should highly consider putting some effort in their service or just close this location. Absolutely terrible and nasty.

THEY SHORTEN MY 30 COUNT NUGGETS TO 23 AND FORGOT MY 2 SANDWICHES! This is bull crap! Literally, 2.8 star reviews! Is that not concerning to see hair and food and other people complain!?!? My salads taste off so much! I don’t think the food is kept safe here. Never coming again, always a problem!

I bought a chicken nugget combo with 30 pieces, but each time I went back three times, they always had 2 pieces missing. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?
Omg how disgusting, this place is beautiful on the outside but I can't imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. Went there for breakfast and got the longest hair in my bowl nearly made me vomit. It wasn't just resting on top it was mixed deeply inside of my whole entire dish. Absolutely disgusting.

This chick-fil-a location is horrible. The chicken is always burned and fries over cooked. The food taste like the oil has not been changed in months. Corporate needs to do something.
