I can see why this chick fil a has 2.8 stars. Picked my food up at drive thru at 6:30pm 12/10 and while getting my food the little girl at the time mis pronounced my name. I would think it’s common that people correct them politely if they say it wrong. So I politely say my name back to her correctly and her response was “whatever”. What customer service do we have here. I didn’t get the name or anything but definitely got the time stamp. You guys need to do better!
We had fantastic service! Everything was clean, ordering was pleasant, and after hearing it was my wedding the next day, they gave us free cookies and coupons!!!! Best chic-fil-a experience I’ve had yet!
