So this Chili’s is the best because of the people that work there and how great the food tastes. I’ve been there a few times and there are 2 waiters that go above and beyond: Ashley (with the cute nails) and another older gentleman that wears glasses. They just cater to you like you’re at a 5 star restaurant and they are so kind. But the team that they work with is also amazing because as soon as you put in an order their teammates practically bring it out…no matter how busy it is the food comes out faster then most places. Food quality is spectacular because it’s always fresh and perfectly comes and flavored. Love burger, quesadillas, and fajitas, but the kids meals are also so delicious! We drive further just to go to this Chili’s to get excellent food for fair price and world class service! Thanks everyone there!

The wife wanted to try the new Cheese Sticks she saw on TikTok so we went to Chili’s! The service was fast and on point. The drinks were good! The Chips and Salsa were fresh. The cheese sticks were amazing! Quick and easy date night!

I went on Saturday July 26th and a wonderful dining experience ! Ty was a great waiter, brought us lot of drinks and refills without having to ask among many other things. Food came out quick and super good, he was super patient and such a nice person. Our group went outside to take a group photo and Josie came outside and offered to take a few photos of us and was such a nice sport! Was such a great dining experience all around!

Tonight, February 26th, around 10 pm, I came into Chilis togo as I typically do every wednesday night after a long shift at work. As I walked in, I got an unpleasant welcoming by the female worker. I received nasty looks by the female worker, as well as an unprofessional tone. Nevertheless, still tipped due to the fast service of my food. One thing that caught my eye was the change in demeanor as soon as I gave a good tip, however, felt ashamed by how I was treated. Overall food taste great, but customer service lacks.

I have been waiting for 45 minutes for you to seat me and I ask why I have to wait so long and they tell me that they are short of people in the kitchen and the vast majority of the tables are really empty. The owner of this place should really look at what the manager is doing to make this place like this, because they are losing a lot of money and no one is capable of doing anything for the customers, I do not recommend this place, go somewhere else, because the experience they have is too bad

My friends and I had dinner at this Chili’s on Friday 1/17/25. Our server Mario was very nice, but it took forever for us to get our food. They even brought us out some chips and salsa for the delay (which was nice). I ordered the baby back ribs, which were not baby backs at all. The were so tough I couldn’t even eat them. I brought them home for my dog. I was so hungry and we had waited so long, I couldn’t reorder anything else. My friends just wanted to eat and leave. I was very disappointed, all I could eat was the Mac and cheese and some fries.
