Chipotle Mexican Grill

First of all I have been in the food industry for over 20 years worked from the bottom to the top so usually i try to go easy on my fellows restaurant staff but not today this location was my to go spot for the good service and great quality plus portions , i guess not anymore not sure exactly what happened but this is my second time being disappointed , I ordered a bowl to go at exactly 9:40pm and they close at 11pm hour and twenty minutes before closing , they were out of most of items and the the ones that are still available we're dry and old , no Pinto beans tiny bit of black beans left , no Sofritas which walls my desired protein , little bit of dry chicken and little bit of dry steak , white rice was old and crusty as well , when I asked she said we're out of the items I mentioned , how can you be out of main items 1:20m before closing ?? the place was not even busy , only two girls running the line and online orders definitely, short-staffed or roles
Divided wrongly , had to wait over 3 minutes to get cashed out . Im sorry but you really need to work on this location little more and give it more love and time , being a good chain alone does not guarantee you continuous business trust me on that .

They never give you enough meat and today they barely wanted to put any sauce when I asked for it. For the money your spending give me a full scoop of meat, didn't be shaking of meat after you scoop it just to them tell me you have to charge me for double meat when all you give me is crumbs. Not going back here since this isn't the first time, it's every time.

I ordered a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, steak, cheese, and sour cream. I ordered my daughter a burrito with steak, white rice, sour cream and cheese. I added a side of guacamole.

I knew with the first bite I wasted my money. The food was meshed and difficult to stir and the steak was impossible to chew not to mention overly spicy.

Very disappointed. I will not go back again. THEN I tried calling! THAT was a joke! Nobody answers the phone. You must fill out a survey online. Therefore you’re basically screwed when your order is messed up!

Food is great and good value. Management /training SUCKS

They have run out of peppers and onions twice over my last 2 visits.thos is the SR7 store. I won't be returning to that location.

Upon my first visit to this establishment around 8:30 PM, I discovered that they had already run out of white rice, honey chicken, and steak, and the staff member informed me that they were not preparing any more. I was hoping to have some steak, and I was aware that other locations sometimes have steak available in the back for online orders. I inquired if they could check, and while the staff member went to do so, the person handling online orders declined. There were only four small pieces of steak remaining. I asked the staff member if he could add those few pieces of steak to my chicken order, which he kindly did. However, when I went to pay, I was charged for the steak. Although I paid, I do not plan to return to this location. It seems that if a place is open until late, it should ensure it has sufficient food available until closing.

Only person in line stood there for at least 2-3 minutes I thought I was invisible, thought that was weird as I’m looking at the food it was all dried out. Food places should put a little more care on how it looks to a customer. Looked NASTY!! So we left and got the best pizza at nypd2 right next door!

Great tasting healthier food at reasonable prices. No table service, just order at the counter and they prepare it in front of you. Cut above and way better than most other fast food restaurants. Around $10 for a Burrito, plenty for your meal. Nice juice drinks.

Radio was broken loud and sounded like a literal broken record, guy up front definitely isn’t fit for the job as he poured sour cream on the bowl that was being made for the gentleman next to me when I had asked for it on mine, horrible service bad workers.

I came here at 9:59 PM with my wife to get some food and I see many people walking out very agitated and annoyed. And as I walk up to the counter, then I figure out why they don’t have any chicken or beef or basically anything. The only thing they had was a low tray of Carnitas left. So with an hour to spare before closing, they basically had no food. Super frustrating now I have to drive to a different chipotle.

This was my first time at this location. The food I got wasn't bad. The reason I took off two stars is because the pinto beans looked nasty. They looked like they had been sitting there all day and that is a health concern. I have worked in food service, so I know that the food is supposed to be refreshed periodically and not left out in the warmers all day. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

It’s not that difficult! The workers can not take a simple order based on what I am requesting in the bowl. They all act as if they’re not interested in being there serving customers… “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”!!! Where’s the lettuce??? Where’s the lettuce???

They became super stingy with the scoops. I thought when you asked for double meat they were supposed to give you 2 scoops not 1. I also didn't understand how I go to any other establishment and spent around $12 but yet the same order here would cost me around $20. I just stop going all together. Maybe I'm tripping or maybe I'm not. Went to publix and bought and made the same thing myself at home.
