It’s not that difficult! The workers can not take a simple order based on what I am requesting in the bowl. They all act as if they’re not interested in being there serving customers… “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”!!! Where’s the lettuce??? Where’s the lettuce???

They became super stingy with the scoops. I thought when you asked for double meat they were supposed to give you 2 scoops not 1. I also didn't understand how I go to any other establishment and spent around $12 but yet the same order here would cost me around $20. I just stop going all together. Maybe I'm tripping or maybe I'm not. Went to publix and bought and made the same thing myself at home.

I recently placed an online order at Chipotle, and when I picked up my food, the bag felt almost empty. Upon opening the food container, I realized my order was made differently than I had requested. I pointed this out to the young lady handling the online orders, and she gave me a small container of additional rice.

Unsatisfied, I left but returned to the store because, as a paying customer, I expect to receive the order as I requested. When I asked the young man at the register to either correct my order or refund my money, he pointed to different young man, who I assume was the manager. Rather than apologizing and resolving the issue, he chose to argue with me.

If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. Terrible customer service and an overall disappointing experience.

I've been going to this Chipotle for years. Never a bad experience until last night. The lady putting together my bowl went for a normal sized scoop of chicken and half of it fell off before reaching my bowl. I asked her if I could have a little bit more chicken and she told me I would have to pay extra. I explained that I don't want double, just want the normal amount. Then she literally put one more tiny piece in my bowl. I understand having to pay extra when you want more than the normal amount, but that wasn't the case here. And the one more tiny piece was disrespect at its finest. Anyhow, I told her nevermind and I left. Went to a different Chipotle and got better service.

Came here to order food and I always order my bowls stuffed with rice with no problem at every other location , and when I came to this location which was the closest near me I'm told they charge 2$ per scoop of rice. Which is ridiculous and absurd... I will not be returning to this location... I'll continue going to my regular locations. Very bad and unprofessional staff

The manager Anthony refused to make a steak quesadilla unless I ordered it online and to top it off he was rude, and poor representation of chipotle.

The service has gone downhill over the past few months.
I went on a Saturday night around 8 hoping to get guacamole with my dinner but they were out!!!
This isn't the first time they've been out of the basics. No dressing for the salads, no guac...

Getting food from this Chipotle location is hit and miss.
When ordering a bowl for dining in, sometimes they give you very little food, and sometimes they're generous.
However, if you order food to go, you will absolutely definitely get very little food.

My Burrito was not wrapped well and all of the food kept falling out of it when I began to eat it. The chips I got were also kind of stale and dry. I will not be returning to this location.

The smallest portion of steak I’ve ever seen. This is AFTER chipotle mandated larger portions. What a disgrace of service too.

Terrible customer service didn’t have any lettuce available which is fine didn’t really mind but then keeps rushing me out!! I ask for avocado and it’s like they running out of that too give me a very small amount and then tells me it will be more for an extra scoop mind you that extra scoop it’s a regular scoop everywhere else never had this issue before besides here don’t recommend at all just go to a different location get your moneys worth
