Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love Chipotle but this location needs to take pride in what they are doing. Counters where food is distributed are full of food remnants lettuce, cheese,,rice. I get it things spill but an appealing and clean food serving area is key! Staff was friendly and attentive but need to work on cleanliness.

Oddly enough I came in today, 4:45 pm on a Thursday & got right to the front. Low key this chipotle gets you in & out. Burrito as always was fire. 10/10 , but we already knew that part.

I want to complain about my experience because the workers go from the register to the side-condiments without ever changing gloves. I would prefer that you NOT touch my lettuce with your dirty gloves! Chipotle has to give the workers salad tongs to get the shredded lettuce and the cheese! They go back and forth from the register without even realizing it or maybe they just don’t care! It’s disgusting! I’m just grossed out. Taking a break from this place!

So far, this location gets a five-star rating from me. I've only been here 5-6 times, and every time I come, the food looks excellent, and the looks definitely match the taste of the food! Whoever’s cooking the meat is doing a good job, and also the other cold toppings look and taste great. I come here every time I visit my family, and I wish the locations in my area were just as good as this one. (The customer service is great too.)

I came here with my wife and we were treated very poorly. The cashier was very rude to us, telling us that we were holding up the line and that we couldn’t use our rewards. She lied to us and billed us the incorrect amount that was on the receipt. She even went as far as covering the total on the machine so we wouldn’t see it. She raised her voice at my wife and made us feel very unwelcome. We couldn’t even enjoy our food because of how bad we felt afterwards.

I walked in for the first time to a chipotle and when I got to the register to order the guy looked up and said wait five minutes, then looked away. No hello no apology. I walked right out. Rude and clearly couldn’t care about the customer experience.

I'm ordered a steak bowl, but it had no steak! I had to hunt & find it. $15 for this crap. Save your money & don't go here. Portions are crazy small.

I used to go to Chipotle in Greenacres but 2 weeks ago I went back after a good year+ not eating there and it was awful. The guy making my order was rude, didn't listen to what I wanted but mainly it looked dirty and the containers of food did not look fresh, the edges were dry and crusty. I was actually nervous to eat the food thinking I might get sick. So I started looking for another Chipotle near me and found this store on Lake Worth Road and went in and immediately the entire store looked so clean and as I approached the counter I was greeted, the guy was very pleasant, he smiled and made my order perfectly. When I got to check out the girl was very pleasant and smiling, read back my order and overall made me feel welcomed into their store. I even told her how clean and friendly their store is compared to Greenacres and I wanted her to please tell that to someone hirer up and she thanked me and said she will definitely tell them what I said and thanked me again for my compliment about the workers, the food and the cleanliness. I highly recommend going to this store if you're in the mood for Chipotle.
