Went there last week. 8500 Lake Worth Road in Lake Worth, Fl. Nice staff. Food good and quick. Clean. Sit indoors or out. Plenty of parking. Get there !!

Server had attitude

I ordered a meal and drink for lunch. It was a little over $14. The price is too much for what you get. The associate was miserable and did not want to be there. Most of the are like this. Not sure why you would work somewhere you don’t want to be. This is the reason Chipotle is not doing well. The service is not great and the food is just ok

Watch out for the lettuce.. tasted so bad. It had brown and yellow ones it doesn’t taste fresh at all.

Absolutely unacceptable. We’ve been loyal customers at this Chipotle, ordering once or twice a week and spending $70–$100 each visit. But this last order? Appalling. My wife bit into her burrito only to find hair in it — not once, but in the queso as well. That’s not just gross, it’s a clear sign of completely unsanitary food preparation.

We couldn’t eat any of our food. Our family dinner was ruined. When we contacted customer service, it took multiple chats just to get through, and all they offered was a partial refund and a free drink. A free drink? After serving contaminated food? That’s insulting.

Food safety should be the bare minimum. This experience makes me question what’s happening in that kitchen and whether anyone is enforcing hygiene standards at all. We won’t be back — and I sincerely hope management takes this as a wake-up call.

Love Chipotle but this location needs to take pride in what they are doing. Counters where food is distributed are full of food remnants lettuce, cheese,,rice. I get it things spill but an appealing and clean food serving area is key! Staff was friendly and attentive but need to work on cleanliness.

Oddly enough I came in today, 4:45 pm on a Thursday & got right to the front. Low key this chipotle gets you in & out. Burrito as always was fire. 10/10 , but we already knew that part.
