Under new ownership, this place feels reborn—not flashy, not trying too hard—but alive. There is care here. Real care. The kind you can’t fake and can’t franchise.
The staff moved with warmth and purpose, greeting guests not as transactions, but as neighbors. The food was fresh, abundant, and offered with a generosity that felt almost defiant in a season where everything seems smaller, tighter, meaner. Pizzas kept coming. Smiles stayed genuine. No one rushed us. No one treated joy like a limited resource.
And in that moment, between the hum of ovens and the laughter of families, it struck me: this is the real meaning of Christmas. Not excess. Not spectacle. But hospitality.
