Cold Stone Creamery

Not sure why I decided to give this location another try. For the price of the ice cream here, better service is a must. There’s a young man there and he looks as though the cream and toppings are his. He does not want to add my toppings, barely gives cream and dos not mix them together. My favorite part of getting cold stone ice cream is the mixing of the topping with the ice cream. Never coming here again. No wonder it only has a 4 ⭐️ review.
I will be going to the one at Wellington where they serve you with not just a smile but with joy and some good mixing!

Just the best ice cream chain. Rich, flavorful, and consistently excellent. I expect 20 of the extra pounds I carry is from cold Stone. I just can't say no.

LOVE ICE CREAM

It was late and they didn’t have much of the sweet cream left, but at $16 per QT plus $2 in “extra toppings” I can at least get a full Qt or don’t charge me for full price. I expect a refund or a credit. 8/8/25 10:20pm and now I don’t have a receipt because they didn’t give me one. Plus I tip them. Now that I open it and see what’s inside, I laughed at how badly this kid that made it ripped me off. Can the owner please help me out?? I swear I didn’t remove any in the photo. I got home and opened it in the garage to check.

I personally did not have any issues with the customer service nor the taste of the ice cream my problem is observing how unclean the place is especially around the cash register and to top it all off right as I went to pay I saw a cockroach run across the counter did not want to create a scene so I paid for it and dumped it in the trash. Management needs to work on the cleanliness of the establishment.

i said kitkats and the employee heard pecans and added them to my ice cream but after i checked and went back in to see if they could fix it they just blamed me for saying i wanted pecans instead of kitkats and just placed the 3 kitkats on top of the ice cream.. WITH THE PECANS STILL INSIDE..

so i said kitkats and one of the workers put pecans instead and when i said that i wanted kitkats instead she gave me attitude and just gave me 2 little kitkats to put ontop but like what if i was allergic to pecans?

I ask for strawberry CONE and he gave me the ice cream cone in a cup 😒😒😒I’m definitely not coming back !

Not sure where to start, but let me tell you, what a horrible experience I had. I went there to order some ice cream, last night, and never in my life, have I been so fearful of my life. Those 3 women that worked there( a young Spanish, a middle eastern, and and African, need to get fired. Apparently, while I was getting ready to pay for the ice cream, I simply asked for cone, and I was assaulted by all 3 women, and asked to leave. I mean who goes to an establishment, to order something and gets yelled at. What type of customer service is that. They seriously need to hire people with proper customer etiquette, because that was not there.I felt as if I was being picked on as if ( the movie Mean Girls) I never had an experience like that in my life.Here are the pictures of these unprofessional individuals that work there

I wanted a Pineapple Blueberry smoothie. They told me that they ran out but about a minute later they proceeded to fill door dash order for a Pineapple Blueberry smoothie.
That pissed me off. Then they made my milkshake entirely too thick.
