I had a terrible experience at this Domino's, and I'm honestly upset. The store manager, Carlos, gave me totally false information about their return policy, claiming I couldn't get a refund or replacement because of something from last year. That's ridiculous and doesn't line up with Domino's own policies, which usually allow refunds or replacements for incorrect or damaged orders. Plus, Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act requires clear refund policies, and businesses can't just mislead customers like that. To make matters worse, the product I got was damaged and not even sealed properly by the delivery person-I have clear photos to prove it! Carlos's excuse and the poor handling of my complaint make me never want to order from this Domino's again

horrible experience they had me and my sister waiting for an hour and mind you people that ordered after us got there order first and on top of that the women that was working the cashier made us pay again for the soda and they didn’t even have the decency to arrange the pepperoni on the top it was literally not even sticking to the pizza. It’s like it wasn’t even cooked properly

I absolutely love this Domino's location, whenever I order from there the food is always delicious, good and freshly made. I placed an order a while back and they had forgotten my drinks. I called and spoke to someone but can't remember the young man's name but he was very sorry and someone did come back out with the drinks. It was an honest mistake but it was quickly corrected. I was very appreciative. I will continue to order from this location. Thank you Domino's for the great staff you have here at this location.
