If you want to be accused about whether you are going to buy food or not by simply asking for the key to the bathroom, this is the place for you. I was dressed in business attire it was immediately asked if I was going to order food before I was allowed to wash my hands use the restroom. Poor management and customer service. There are plenty more coffee shops to get better service and food.

On site it shows store as open from 4:00am to 9:00pm I asked my son if he wanted eggs and donuts and he said yes I left the house at 5 o’clock in the morning because we’ve been up since three and Dunkin’ Donuts was not open at all No one was inside preparing to open either. I had to come home empty-handed. Please update your hours on the Internet to show accurately

Ezar showed no customer service skills, no listening skills and after reviewing the receipt no showed no math skills, smh. Repeatedly asked for hot water for her to bring me food water instead, I was also slightly overcharged, I was told one price but the receipt shows a different price. It was like pulling teeth trying to get my change and receipt, she was not trying to give me my change, any. Pitiful experience, to say the least. She definitely should not be in the position to deal with customers.

I gave it 4 stars because I was not a fan of the Sourdough breakfast sandwich , but as always my Coffee was on point and the Munchkin donuts were fresh and delicious.
Parking: Drive thru friendly and parking is easy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair parking at the front of the building and sidewalk accessible.

I just left your establishment less than 5 minutes ago. The person at the window shorted me $10, and I didn’t notice until I had already driven away. This experience was very unprofessional, and I am very upset. Unfortunately, this will likely be my last visit.
