They always get my order wrong ((example; I order an iced coffee with 1 Splenda and 3 cream and get 2 Splenda and 1 cream. another example I order a sausage egg and cheese and receive only the bread and an egg)) and they have forgotten my orders a few times, complete waste of my time and I have to re-order again.

I've been coming to this Dunkin for four months now and the new staff that's there is quite amazing. When I come through the drive-through nothing but smiles from the window and have a great day or please and thank you when I tell you this is the most polite group that they've had. I want this to continue. It makes me excited about coming to Duncan. I look forward to Handing them my phone to scan my points for Dunkin app and going to the next window and grabbing my things and being told to have a great day it literally is a great start to my day. Keep it up guys. The staff that you have is nothing short of amazing

If you want to be accused about whether you are going to buy food or not by simply asking for the key to the bathroom, this is the place for you. I was dressed in business attire it was immediately asked if I was going to order food before I was allowed to wash my hands use the restroom. Poor management and customer service. There are plenty more coffee shops to get better service and food.

On site it shows store as open from 4:00am to 9:00pm I asked my son if he wanted eggs and donuts and he said yes I left the house at 5 o’clock in the morning because we’ve been up since three and Dunkin’ Donuts was not open at all No one was inside preparing to open either. I had to come home empty-handed. Please update your hours on the Internet to show accurately

Ezar showed no customer service skills, no listening skills and after reviewing the receipt no showed no math skills, smh. Repeatedly asked for hot water for her to bring me food water instead, I was also slightly overcharged, I was told one price but the receipt shows a different price. It was like pulling teeth trying to get my change and receipt, she was not trying to give me my change, any. Pitiful experience, to say the least. She definitely should not be in the position to deal with customers.

Very friendly staff. Food takes a while to be prepared and brought out to the window so I wouldn't recommend using this location if you're in a hurry.
