I always give every business I review the benefit of the doubt because everyone has bad days. When the bad days become more consistent than the good ones, there’s a problem.
This Dunkin’ has welcoming staff for the most part. It’s the coffee and the food that’s the problem. 80% of the time I order avocado toast, there’s something wrong with it. The last time I ordered it, there were bits of plastic in my toast! The time before that, the avocado tasted off and I didn’t get any bagel seasoning on it like I asked. The other food I’ve ordered like the ham and swiss stuffer tastes extraordinarily freezer burnt and 70% of the time I get coffee, there’s something wrong with it. This time they didn’t put any sugar or flavoring. This happens over and over again.
Finding bits of plastic in food is a BIG problem. As someone who works in the food industry, this should not be happening at all. These problems come from poor management, so until they fix their business, I will be going elsewhere.

The guy that runs the drive thru in the morning is BEYOND rude. No kind of manners.

The worst service ever the manager name is jay
Worse attitude worse Customer Service the order 2 $6 dollar meal deal he charged us three we go back over there and tell Jay you guys charge by mistake. Three he said that’s not my mistake and he not give us money back and he refused to give it to us our receipt back. I never go back over there. I usually go every week 3 to 4 time I live across the street, worst service ever especially J. You need to learn how to talk to your guest

I got a stale donut and this young lady wanted to debate with attitude instead of replace it...so I said never mind and tossed it.
Great location and new and clean but service seriously lacking. Back to Military and Lantana where the service is 5 stars every time.

My iced coffee was watery and had too much cream and they were quick to replace it without hesitation which I appreciated. Service was fast and efficient.

Ordered at drive-thru and I now remember why I don't eat food from Dunkin anymore, worst tasting fast food ever!! I don't know what it is exactly but my breakfast always taste like plastic metal something......impossible to be edible. Probably not changing out whatever they use to heat up certain foods periodically. Laziness. Tried calling location several times and never got my call picked up Smh. WORST SERVICE FOR SURE!

Forget rating the food as I didn’t even get to it. Was standing in line inside the place for 5 minutes without it budging before I just left. Guy in front of me walked out too so he probably was waiting even longer. At least 4 employees and not one can go on register for 2 seconds to take an order??

I went through the drive through and the speaker was not clear at all, however I was able to order and I drove to the front window. The man at the window yelled at me because he did not tell me to drive forward. That I needed to wait for him to tell me that they want me to drive forward. I understand how a drive through works, the man behind the window treated me like a child throughout the entire reaction. Was excited for this one to open as it is closer to my home. Will be driving the extra miles to go to other dunkins so I don't have to go through the embarrassment of being yelled at.

I tried them again because it seems as though they have new staff. So far it’s been great. I was in line at the drive through and noticed the car that was 2 car’s ahead of me ordered $30 worth of stuff and then the car ahead of me ordered $26 worth of stuff. I was in line for 9 minutes but it’s not the employees fault. When people are ordering a lot of stuff they should have common courtesy for the other car’s and go inside or order ahead. RUDE CUSTOMERS BUT AWESOME EMPLOYEES

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOODAbsolutely rude, I am order #5330, I was getting taken care of by this skinny black guy sorry I did not get a name but this is his description, as I approached the window I say “good morning” no acknowledgement just a bad grim look, as he hands me my drink, I say thank you again, he stares at me and rolls his eyes, hands me my card and then almost drops my food, before I can even grab it. Again I attempted to be nice and say thank you, he turns at me gives me an evil aggressive look and I drove off. I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. Plus my Bagel mines are practically refrigerated cold and I ordered an everything and got plain and my donut extremely stale. Non the less this location needs to fire and rehire new people with at least a someone positive approach.
