This Dunkin has staff that is always friendly. Also, they always have the food or Donuts I want. I could go to two other Dunkin donuts in the area but the staff is not friendly and they run out of food all the time.

I don’t understand how this store has anything less than 5 stars. Every time I have been, I have had an amazing experience. Jay is a bright light and has the BEST customer service. I drive out of my way to come to this location. Food and coffee is always fresh, and the customer service is on point.

I’ve come every week since my baby was born (He hates car rides) hoping it would get better. It hasn’t. The manager is great but the staff is terrible. I’ve tried reaching out to corporate about it. I went inside once to order and my dozen donuts only had ten. I had to argue with the woman behind the counter to get the other 2. Then they gave the rest of our order to another customer infront of us. We had to wait 15 minutes for the other half of our order since we were ignored. The drive through takes forever. When I order multiples of the same drinks they’re never the same color. When you ask for a large most of the time they make a medium with extra ice, so much so you can’t fit your straw inside.

Ordered the Sourdough breakfast sandwich. I got home and it was raw, the bacon, not toasted and the hash browns cold and soggy. I drove back to the dunkin on Hypoluxo and gave them the food back. They would not issue me a refund. I asked for the manager Eddie or Jay to call me. They have not. Sacha who was very rude to me said I have to come back for a refund. Not a lot of money $6.89 + $1.89, it’s the principal. They kept me waiting while customers were coming in to give orders and they made me wait for nothing. It’s sad.

I’ve seen the other reviews and have no clue what they’re on about, I come in almost everyday in the morning around 7am. Even during a big morning rush they always work fast and efficient, most notably I’ve always seen Eddie and another younger black man (haven’t gotten his name) always working and being extremely kind. They are quick to form fun and welcoming bonds with the customers including myself and make ordering so much less stressful.

Easily the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes and ended up with a messed up order (and hair on my donut once). Every worker here has an attitude as well. I now drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the Dunkin on 441 just to avoid this location. I’d be surprised if this location is still open a year from now.

I usually stop by in the morning right before I take my kids to the highschool and I decide to get an hot coffee black along with some donuts. When I got my coffee a young man named jay gave me a completely different order, he rolled his eyes at me and slammed the window shut. He then gave me my coffee and when I opened the lip to cool it off I see he spat in my drink!! I tried to call back and no one wants to answer. I would give this place zero stars.
Great location, nice and New although I’ll be going to other Dunkin’ Donuts, considering this one messes up orders every day

girls were extremely rude. laughing when i tried to order. got my order wrong & overall behavior was extremely disrespectful & unacceptable. I don’t understand how people can hire young kids & not know who they’re dealing with. when i asked for the manager one of the girls laughed & said “i am the manager”. Dunkin’ please fix this issue as this use to be my favorite place to stop & get a drink & now i feel judged everytime i go.
