I tried them again because it seems as though they have new staff. So far it’s been great. I was in line at the drive through and noticed the car that was 2 car’s ahead of me ordered $30 worth of stuff and then the car ahead of me ordered $26 worth of stuff. I was in line for 9 minutes but it’s not the employees fault. When people are ordering a lot of stuff they should have common courtesy for the other car’s and go inside or order ahead. RUDE CUSTOMERS BUT AWESOME EMPLOYEES

With coming in almost every morning Eddie the GM makes me feel like a valued customer ! Not only is his staff friendly and the place is nice and clean , probably why the food taste better ! He remembers my order which makes things easier for me to order & go . Not only is his smile so welcoming the environment he sets when u walk into Dunkin’ Donuts makes u want to come back. I was very leery of coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts based on previous bad reviews. However, I did give them a try and three times now I’ve been through the drive-thru and always received what I ordered. The employees are courteous and respectful. This is now my ‘go to’ Dunkin.
