Worst location to go to. They don’t know how to work in a busy hour. I waited a long time for one sandwich, once I received it, it was cold. Bun was cold, cheese was cold and not even a sorry for the long wait. Just terrible service all together.

This is a store I come often ,and ever since they change staff is been horrible.For one they move slow,secondly whoever does the online order doesn’t read all the details.They forgot to put sugar in my drink.

Horrible service ! Waited 25 mins for my order. Unbelievable. I have not this bad service in any other Dunkin. I understand they are busy but this stir has no structure management sucks!
So I went to this location Sunday morning of last week and had ordered 50 munchkins online (hoping to get the purple bucket). When I arrived, my 50 count munchkins were in two 25 boxes and when I inquired about the bucket since I ordered the 50 munchkins, I was told by the employee it cost extra. I said according to online, it's free with a purchase of 50 munchkins, to which she replied that management is coming down hard on them about the buckets (all while a bucket was being used for their tips). Fast forward to this morning, my husband went to get breakfast for the kids and myself. He ordered me a multigrain bagel with cream cheese and this is what I got when he got home. Really?! So I paid extra for the cream cheese and LUCKILY I had some at home and was able to use it or this would not have been edible. Will not be returning and we have been life long Palm Springs residents and used to come to this location often.

Initially, I had a 5-star rating for this establishment, but their performance has declined significantly over the past few months. I have encountered recurring issues with ordering my food through their application, only to find that it is never prepared when I arrive. Notably, there are several drinks without labels located near the pickup area, but the employees are unable to identify their owners. Consequently, I am left standing there for an extended period before I approach the front counter, where they initiate the preparation process.
Despite the visible movement behind the counter, the organization is severely lacking, resulting in a lack of coordination among employees. It is as if they are under new management, as their previous efficiency has been severely compromised.
