Almost forgot the bacon on my sandwich. The coffee was good, but the order was made incorrectly at first and had to be fixed. Staff was polite, but attention to order details needs improvement.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts.
The staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, and clearly annoyed at having to help customers. I waited in the drive-thru with no one available, and the service was extremely slow and poorly handled. I eventually parked my car and went inside to order my drink—honestly, I should have gone home instead of walking into the store.
The experience inside was even worse. The staff was rude, lazy, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer and was even told to leave the store. My order was messed up, and when I tried to address it, the attitude I received was unacceptable. There was no apology and no effort to fix the mistake—just pure disrespect.
This is easily some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t work in customer service. I will not be coming back.

Just horrible experience. This store has a stench of dirty. The service was horrible, two people working it took me 20 mins to place my order being the first person in line. Then got my order wrong and proceeded to tell me that if I want extra Caramel I have to pay for each pump being. Paid for extra extra caramel and use my free drink to pay for it anyway Ruth points. The audacity is something else. I didn’t enjoy the coffee because of the smell and condition of how dirty it smelled and looked like in there. Never again.

Don't come to this location unless you want your order to be completely incorrect. I visited this location yesterday and placed an order for a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. However received chicken bacon cheese. Ended up throwing my meal away because the chicken was disgusting, but mistakes happen, so I decided to go again today to try to get the sandwich. I received the sandwich today, and everything was good. But I also ordered the loaded hash browns, the cup was a quarter full....for $5 I would at least expect it to be halfway full or more. Then I ordered a cold brew with cold foam....where is the cold foam? Literally a paper-thin layer of foam.... no extra ice.... no flavor shot....this place clearly lacks the ability to follow order instructions. I won't be back.
***UPDATE*** I regretfully decided to try this location one more time since it's right next door to my house and my job. Yeah, to no surprise, my order was messed up again. I ordered iced coffee with Splenda since I'm diabetic, but of course, there was a pound of sugar at the bottom of the cup. Order my husband a black coffee since he can't have dairy.... no surprise he had a ton of creamer in his coffee. Ordered snackin bacon.... literally 4 pieces of bacon in hard crumbs....this place has no desire to improve, and when you try to call to get your issues resolved, no one answers. This was my very last time. I have filed complaints with corporate at this point, since this could have caused us serious medical issues.

Slow with online orders, whenever I place a sandwich order with coffee online the order is never ready on arrival, when I go through the drive through it takes them half the time to hand it to me then when I order online, and i give at least 10 minutes before I arrive to the store for online orders

I bought some donuts and they were the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. I won't buy any more. They are disgusting. My son had nausea and vomited afterwards and didn't want to eat anything. Thanks to this, I don't buy donuts there.

The very young girl who works the night shift has no charisma to work with the public. This is the second time I have seen her in bad shape.

The store was extremely dirty. The associates are so rude and disrespectful towards you. They never get your order correctly. They're donuts are frozen not even made fresh. The rest of their products too come in frozen and not fresh I was told by their associate. They do not keep their donuts fresh all day if you come in in the afternoon you're buying old product that is stale and they still serve it at regular price. You're lucky if you can get an associate who actually speaks normal English because most of their associates do not. It is a shame this company and all has become horrible and we will now be getting our donuts elsewhere. I'm grateful to Jupiter donuts I just wish they were more locations
