Slow with online orders, whenever I place a sandwich order with coffee online the order is never ready on arrival, when I go through the drive through it takes them half the time to hand it to me then when I order online, and i give at least 10 minutes before I arrive to the store for online orders

I bought some donuts and they were the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. I won't buy any more. They are disgusting. My son had nausea and vomited afterwards and didn't want to eat anything. Thanks to this, I don't buy donuts there.

The store was extremely dirty. The associates are so rude and disrespectful towards you. They never get your order correctly. They're donuts are frozen not even made fresh. The rest of their products too come in frozen and not fresh I was told by their associate. They do not keep their donuts fresh all day if you come in in the afternoon you're buying old product that is stale and they still serve it at regular price. You're lucky if you can get an associate who actually speaks normal English because most of their associates do not. It is a shame this company and all has become horrible and we will now be getting our donuts elsewhere. I'm grateful to Jupiter donuts I just wish they were more locations

I like this place. They usually make my coffee correct. Unless there's some Spanish-speaking guy that doesn't know how to speak English or usually, it's a Spanish-speaking girl, the guys that are Spanish-speaking, they all do your thing. Right? The girlsSometimes they don't, I don't know what their problem is.Maybe they need to go back to school.Anyway, I like this place.It's good and they love Trump!!!!!

Vana is my only and favorite Dunkin Donuts staff member at this location! She's always super friendly and never fails to get my order wrong! Aside from that, wait and customer service could be better ?♀️
There's too many better coffee shops and donut shops with very enjoyable coffee as opposed to tepid brown water ugg. I remember when it was the best coffee you could get but that's 20 years ago

I came at 12 at night there was nothing but one other car the lady was unprofessional didn't even take my order properly told me to come to the window without completing my order and got upset when I tried to correct her this is completely horrible never coming to this dunkin again, she was also arguing with the other car because she didn't take their order properly either and needed correcting this person needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY
