Ordered a ice coffee, bagel with creme cheese and 2 donuts. First forgot both donuts then gave me one still forgetting the second. Got the second went home tbey forgot cream cheese. Went back gave me the same cold bagel back with cream cheese spread for me to put on myself.

Customer service 0 For years I have ordered the coffee roll heat with butter and they were reused for the second time. I go to others and they do it without any problems. I will not return to this Wawa and they treat you better. They will not ruin my day anymore.

30 cents for a pup cup and 75 cents for a cup of water for my dog!!! Literally, lost a customer for life. I will drive out of my way to go to another Dunkin from this point on. Background... I always go by a Dunkin for a pup cup after a vet visit or dog training. I make it a point to buy a coffee or munchkins for myself...thus, they are making enough money to cover the pup cup. Done with the location! Manager and franchise owner need to realize it's not always about the bottom line.

Worst dunkin EVER! There’s always an issue here. I live nearby and I will go out of my way to avoid this particular one. The drinks sucks& the people have terrible customer service skills. The last time I went I didn’t even get my drinks because they decided to ignore me and I just left. I’ve reached out to customer service twice already and they have not reached out. I am someone who buys dunkin everyday and I have not been since 4/5 and I refuse to spend another dollar there. Thank you for helping me save my money!

I visit the drive through as a daily customer, even on weekends. The people are always nice but it seems every other day my order is wrong. It also seems like they try to find ways to give you as little coffee as possible. What I mean is, the coffee either tastes more like water than coffee or they be put so much ice in the iced coffee you can’t get your straw in it, or there is 3 or 4 pieces of ice (after I’m assuming someone complained.) I think the thing that irks me the most is every day I go through the drive through, they try to upsell me, “Shot of espresso to make your coffee stronger.” I shouldn’t need a shot of espresso if you were using the correct amount of grounds to brew your coffee, like every other Dunkin I’ve been to. Sadly, you’ve lost 2 regular customers because I don’t want to have to continue to buy a second coffee from another Dunkin in the afternoon because yours does not resemble coffee.
