30 cents for a pup cup and 75 cents for a cup of water for my dog!!! Literally, lost a customer for life. I will drive out of my way to go to another Dunkin from this point on. Background... I always go by a Dunkin for a pup cup after a vet visit or dog training. I make it a point to buy a coffee or munchkins for myself...thus, they are making enough money to cover the pup cup. Done with the location! Manager and franchise owner need to realize it's not always about the bottom line.

If there was an award for the best Dunkin ever to rush you and waste your money, it would be this one. I would rather drive to a Dunkin 10 miles away from me than this one.

Worst dunkin EVER! There’s always an issue here. I live nearby and I will go out of my way to avoid this particular one. The drinks sucks& the people have terrible customer service skills. The last time I went I didn’t even get my drinks because they decided to ignore me and I just left. I’ve reached out to customer service twice already and they have not reached out. I am someone who buys dunkin everyday and I have not been since 4/5 and I refuse to spend another dollar there. Thank you for helping me save my money!

I visit the drive through as a daily customer, even on weekends. The people are always nice but it seems every other day my order is wrong. It also seems like they try to find ways to give you as little coffee as possible. What I mean is, the coffee either tastes more like water than coffee or they be put so much ice in the iced coffee you can’t get your straw in it, or there is 3 or 4 pieces of ice (after I’m assuming someone complained.) I think the thing that irks me the most is every day I go through the drive through, they try to upsell me, “Shot of espresso to make your coffee stronger.” I shouldn’t need a shot of espresso if you were using the correct amount of grounds to brew your coffee, like every other Dunkin I’ve been to. Sadly, you’ve lost 2 regular customers because I don’t want to have to continue to buy a second coffee from another Dunkin in the afternoon because yours does not resemble coffee.

Walked in to find dirty tables. Had to do their job for them and clean one off myself. Was then ignored for 5 minutes when trying to ask for a cup of tap water, and got told they charge for it. After I'd just done THEIR job and cleaned off a table. It's like a slap in the face. Absolutely horrendous. This is why I try to avoid Dunkin Donuts and go to Starbucks instead.

If I say chocolate GLAZED, I do not want a chocolate donut. Drove all the way home to find four chocolate donuts instead of chocolate glazed.

The Manager isn't following company policies. I went to this location after school pickup around 2:30 they only had pumpkin and powder munchkins in stock and we wanted the halloween bucket for the kids. I asked the cashier if we could just buy the bucket like I've seen other stores offering . She said no and tried to make me pay 12.99 for 50 donuts that we wouldn't eat rather than the 2$ for the bucket as requested . Won't go back to this location Manager doesn't have customer service skills

After handing me my order the lady assured me my order was complete I get home to find out I was missing 2 things I called them to see if they could do anything and they hung up on me twice.

There was no customer in side or drive thru when I arrived. I place my order on the kiosk . A few minutes later a woman came over and pulled the order ticket and placed it on the counter. Few minutes later a young man walked over and picked it up to start the order as he grabs the plastic cups he drops a cup or 2 and picks them back up and placing it back on the sleeve. That is gross's. What does it cost you for a cup. He should have thrown it away. The counter top was dirty , floor was dirty. Very unfriendly. No smile , no friendly welcome or good buy. Didn’t feel welcomed or appreciated.
