Mean, rude and horrible people work here. RUDE! Condescending! LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE!!!!! EDUCATE YOURSELF ON YOUR OWN COMPANY POLICIES. I placed an online order, placed 2/2 for pick-up 2/3. Arrived @ 8:45 (as indicated on order) and was told "it don't work that way, your order yesterday you pickup yesterday. We throw food away. Stood there for 45 minutes trying to explain we made the SAME EXACT ORDER just 3 months ago at this same location. Woman said NO. Woman was RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND JUST PLAIN EVIL. Said I didn't know what I was talking about and that I didn't know how the online ordering works. A $50 order, paid online. Said I should have been there at 8:45, which I was. Said that I needed a name, that was given. After 45 minutes the order was discovered! Meanwhile an entire work crew was waiting for food and coffee. AN HOUR after they were supposed to have received it. This is a location my sister WAS going to several times a week for the last 3 years. NOT ANYMORE! NEVER going to this location again! You don't deserve to have this franchise!

Delicious, well prepared sandwiches, muffins, & coffee coolatas. My SUV stalled & I stayed inside DD till my son arrived 7:30pm; then the tow. A very pleasantly concerning staff. Lovely experience
this dunkin is one of my favorite places to go to in the MORNINGS the staff in the morning is great quick and they get stuff done. But let me tell you the evening staff is just terrible. I was waiting about 30 minutes in the drive-through waiting for somebody to take my order with a long line behind me after I repeatedly said hello, whoever was on the microphone was very rude and said they have been very busy but no cars to be seen in front of me or no one inside the store. I just find it unbelievable that I had to wait 30 minutes for one mobile pick up order drive-through. After I received my drink the woman in the window was laughing and talking with the coworkers. So much for being busy

Went here after my mom had gotten blood work done. She needed her coffee. It was ok. We went inside to order and grab our stuff to go. Went up to the front to order and stood there for a while until someone came over. There were other people who walked back and forth in front of us but didn't say anything. I understand that there's usually only 1 employee that is allowed to go in and out of a register, but one of them could've said, "Someone will be right there." Or even just a hello. Then we asked for a hot coffee but they gave us iced. So they gave us both in the end. So all was/is well.

I stopped at the location on Military Trail in Lake worth.Waited 25 minutes to place my order at the drive through.Ordered a multigrain bagel, not toasted with cream cheese.Got to work, opened the wrapper and found a bagel that was hard as a brick!No exaggeration! In the garbage it went. I have no idea how the person even cut it. I wrote tocorporate and was told that someone would contact me from that location. A month later and nothing! Great customer service, NOT!!! I will never step into another DD again. A company that over charges for coffee and you can't even get an apology when something goes wrong.
