I went @ 6 at night for some coffee to take with me to church.
When I came in no one even acknowledged me and just looked at me while cleaning a machine
I walked up to counter to wait and she finally came over and didn’t even say anything.
I ordered a warm macchiato coffee and left, It seemed to taken them a long time to make so I was thinking it would be hot and fresh
It was horrible and bitter and cold not even close to warm
I took one sip and threw it out.
If I could give it a 0 star I would

I ordered two sugar free pumpkin spice iced coffees . I verified twice with the cashier that they were sugar free- I was told Yes. My father is diabetic- his sugar rose to a dangerous 400 after that Iced Coffee.... Thank you Dunkin Donuts for your incompetence... you nearly sent my 91 year old father to the hospital !!! I went to another Dunkin Donuts this morning and found out that there is NO Pumpkin Spice that is SUGAR FREE!!!! You should NOT have someone running the register if they do not understand English properly , and is NOT completely familiar with the products.... you could have sent my father to the hospital. I will never step foot in your store again and advise Dunkin Donuts to train their employees to be more knowledgable I the Employee does not have the answer, find out, or simple say... they do not know, but never... put someone's health at risk!!!
Furthermore, the women's bathroom was locked and was told to used the mens room, which was quite dirty! Not a happy experience.

I should know better than to go to Dunkin but went out of convenience. My cold foam cold brew has no cold foam, the employees are beyond rude and literally told me “no” when I asked for my missing item until I asked for a manager and then she relented and looked at my receipt, which proved I payed for an item I never received. Coffee was made not only incorrectly but is disappointingly bitter as well. Don’t waste your time and money at Dunkin, let alone this location.

To the Owner,
I usually don’t share experiences when they happen to be this bad. But today took me over and done with sparing one of the worse Dunkin Donuts in Lantana!
I go to this location daily.
I ordered a small black hot coffee to never receiving it. I was the only customer at the time. After waiting 15 minutes I requested a refund. Refund was honored in a matter of seconds but never received the coffee. Bad for business move.
Incompetent managers, rude and unprofessional service workers, the list goes on. I’ve never seen a bunch of angry birds in life.
Terrible establishment.
Manager and employees need in service training immediately.
It doesn’t take much to be kind and respectful. Otherwise this industry isn’t for you.

No leadership or lack of customer service only 2 employees trying to solve a uber eats order ignoring everyone else in the store waiting 12 min to be engaged with to tell me they can't take my order till they solve the problem with a order confront they called thier manager to figure out what to do overheard manager say it's not on them they need to have uber eats deal with it and proceeded to still ignore everyone else in the store proper training needs to be done with employees to handle situations where one tends to one customer while the other tends to another
