El Empanadazo

Excellent authentic Venezuelan food. Cachapa, arepa, empanada, soup, tequenos… all good. I still need to try Pan de Jamon.

Excellent food. The empanada of baby shark (cazón) is top tier. The Venezuelan Hamburger is outstanding like the Venezuelan plaza in Caracas. I always come, almost every week. The waitress Lucy is really nice and welcoming. I’ll recommend everyone to come to this place.

I hadn't been to this place in a long time. When they first opened, the service was excellent and the food was good. The prices were reasonable. Today I came back, and the food is a disaster. The empanadas no longer have the same quality; it seems like they changed the recipes, and the empanadas were tough. The flavor is truly horrible; it doesn't compare at all to the quality they had when they opened. They've also raised the prices too much and lowered the quality. If they're going to raise the prices, at least maintain the quality or improve it. The truth is, the quality of the empanadas and arepas is horrible now, and even the flavor. The empanadas tasted like stone.

The food at El Empanadazo is excellent! The cheese empanada is simply spectacular, with an authentic flavor and a perfectly crispy crust. It is definitely a place that stands out for the quality of its products and the freshness of the ingredients. However, I would love for the atmosphere to be a little more welcoming and aesthetically pleasing to complement the amazing dining experience. Still, it's worth the visit for the delicious empanadas!

The best empanadas we have bought in the USA in the last 9 years. The dough is thin, crispy and the filling is excellent. The empanadas are ready to go or you can stay... it's like going to the stick!!!
