The food was very pleasing. It was great to try new things that have me wanting more of it. You can tell things were made fresh; the chimichurri sauce was the best ever and it elevated the steak which was already good. The flan was one of the better ones as well. The whole place was very clean and the staff were warm and friendly.

We had the tajadas con bistek and it was bomb , friend green plantains and steak . They serve you a lot and the is super tasty. The staff was very friendly . 10/10

Was looking for a real authentic Latin restaurant in the area. The Merlo’s Latin Restaurant came up. This place is hidden gem. The sopa de res was to die for. The churrasco was amazing. So glad I found this place.
