Family Restaurants near Lake Worth, FL

“We found Mom’s by accident a few years ago We forgot where we were at the time, however we kept trying to find our way back. We were at Sylvester Cancer Center in Deerfield and had a conversation with a couple from out of state. They said they had the best breakfast and would be going back until they leave to go home. We asked and once they described Mom’s Kitchen we knew we were back. Now six months later we are there probably 3 nights a week for dinner. Missing the diner style home cooking restaurants. We drive from Boca…..it’s so worth it. The food, the service the atmosphere. Wow!“

“First time coming here and overall we were happy with the food. The place is pretty small, so once it gets busy it feels really packed. When we visited, there was only one person handling all the tables, so they definitely seemed understaffed. The server was friendly, but the menu wasn’t explained in much detail, and the wait time for food was over an hour. The food was good, prices are reasonable, the restaurant is clean, and there’s plenty of parking. If they add more staff, this place would be much better. I’d still recommend giving it a try.“
