The manager at this location is very rude and disrespectful, not only was she disrespectful on the phone she was worse in person!! She also belittles the staff in front of customers!! I cannot believe the attitude, I thought Firehouse subs was founded by 2 brothers that were Firefighters? I’m pretty sure Firefighters don’t show up and disrespect everyone they have contact with. I’m sure the Sorensen Brothers would not be pleased with this manager at this location!! I will be patronizing a different location or not at all!!! I can’t even eat my food currently as I’m am disgusted by the treatment handed out today!! I want a refund!!

Wow. The service at this location needs to be revamped. This lady gives us a hard time every single time. Firehouse has never been so horrible. At this point I no longer want to even spend money with this location. I just learned the lady giving us a hard time is a manager. Even worse !!! She not only tells me I have to be at the store in order to order. She tells us that firehouse subs does not care that we drive 30 mins away on our break to have lunch. If you don’t like your job .. quit. You don’t have to be so rude and inconsiderate of anyone’s money, time or anything. It takes no effort to try and act like you were raised with any type of common sense or any type of manners. If you are a paying customer and you don’t want to be as pissed off like we are … please do not go to this location 🤬🤬🤬🤬👊🏽 when I tell you God is working on me, please believe me.

Always professional courteous and greeting me with a nice smile! The girls behind the counter were awesome too. And the sandwich was yummy 🙏🙏 definitely recommend this place

The sub had barely any meat on it. It was all bread and maybe one slice of meat. Definitely skimped on quality. Very disappointed and feel they basically stole my money. Shame on you Fire House. Do not order from here. Find a real sub shop. This place is crooked.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I waited 20 minutes for an online order, which seemed like an unnecessarily long wait. As I was leaving, someone kindly held the door for me, but the door didn’t have a spring, so it slammed on my arm as I walked out. To top it off, my $15 roast beef sandwich barely had any roast beef! Overall, not the experience I was expecting, and I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

We love Firehouse, but unfortunately it seems like south florida locations are going down hill. We used to choose this location over another because this owner was allowing military discount (which majority locations always offered) but was told last week they don't offer military anymore at this location. Almost all drinks except 5 were out of stock on soda machine and no tea was made.
