Ordered online for pickup. Arrived and order was ready as promised, but I think the order was made earlier than pick up time. The philly cheesesteaks were cold, not even warm. If we go back, it will only be for dine in from now on.

Asked if a soup had pork and the elderly worker immediately said no, however I found pork in it. When we complained she sent out Ava. Ava was extremely apologetic and dealed with the situation kindly. However the other worker on shift gave the tip I gave to AVA as a refund. Baffling as I clarified we cannot have pork.
Manager Lenny was exceptionally polite, I was very frustrated and he and his teammates found a solution for me to help fix my large order. I have been to other firehouse subs and this team and Lenny ( manger) went above and beyond expectations ( I would like to give my sincere gratitude to this establishment and their employees tonight)

The manager at this location is very rude and disrespectful, not only was she disrespectful on the phone she was worse in person!! She also belittles the staff in front of customers!! I cannot believe the attitude, I thought Firehouse subs was founded by 2 brothers that were Firefighters? I’m pretty sure Firefighters don’t show up and disrespect everyone they have contact with. I’m sure the Sorensen Brothers would not be pleased with this manager at this location!! I will be patronizing a different location or not at all!!! I can’t even eat my food currently as I’m am disgusted by the treatment handed out today!! I want a refund!!

Wow. The service at this location needs to be revamped. This lady gives us a hard time every single time. Firehouse has never been so horrible. At this point I no longer want to even spend money with this location. I just learned the lady giving us a hard time is a manager. Even worse !!! She not only tells me I have to be at the store in order to order. She tells us that firehouse subs does not care that we drive 30 mins away on our break to have lunch. If you don’t like your job .. quit. You don’t have to be so rude and inconsiderate of anyone’s money, time or anything. It takes no effort to try and act like you were raised with any type of common sense or any type of manners. If you are a paying customer and you don’t want to be as pissed off like we are … please do not go to this location 🤬🤬🤬🤬👊🏽 when I tell you God is working on me, please believe me.
