Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub with all veggie toppings order ahead. I received a chicken lettuce and mayo sandwich that was wet and disgusting and smelled like dirty feet. Called immediately and spoke to the person who took our order and the male who made the subs and they both said “oh my bad” and the owner had to be contacted to refund. We have called multiple times since asking for the refund and they keep telling us they have to “ask the owner”. Definitely do not recommend this place as the food is nasty and the workers purposely mess up and then don’t want to help you at all.

Ordered a platter of subs for delivery at 6:45 pm. Got a call over an hour before to see if they could bring it early. We weren't home so told them they would have to wait. When we got home the driver was standing on the sidewalk waiting for us (no big deal). Driver stood around waiting for a tip. My husband said he had included the tip in the order and the driver said the owners get the tip and not the driver. I ended out tipping the driver an extra $20 because that's all I had on me. Subs were good but I feel it was odd if we tipped once to have to tip again. Do better Firehouse!!! The tip itself was almost as much as the order.

Looking forward to the turkey bacon ranch sub as I have had it before but tonight was disappointing. Bread was hard and sub was watery - not much taste except for the pickles - ended up in the garbage. Not worth the risk of wasting $23.00.

They were on a wait for meatballs and I was in a rush for a order I did online. As soon as I walked in and he told me I was upset but he was so nice I never got mad !!!!!!!!!!! I walked into Firehouse Subs Lantana had two employees :Amanda and Carlos, both greeting me with the biggest smiles The firehouse Subs Lantana employee Amanda was extremely helpful explaining the menu while Carlos put together a Delicious Hot Italian Sub! . The decor inside was really cool and meshed well with theme of thesandwich spot. It’s located right on Jog Road and there are tons of parking outside plus there are plenty of seats are available inside. Shout out to the owners for keeping their store up to par ??.

First time I have ever had an issue at this firehouse & it’s disappointing. Walked in to being greeted with an eye roll, my sandwhich comes with bbq & mayo and they didn’t put either one in it, but instead gave me mayo on the side? (Why, I’m not sure) they also didn’t include any pickles. Terrible experience, they need to train their staff better.

I went there for a late lunch. There was a tall young man there speaking negatively about people who took a covid vaccine. No regard for the food he was preparing. He was talking all over the food. When he was done, he slapped the sandwich on the counter and continued his convo. I had to ask if it was mines and a young lady responded. I then asked him for a bag and this man proceeded to lick his finger in order to get the bag. ? Yuck! I promptly said "nevermind" and left. The sandwich went in the trash. This is not sanitary. I just kept thinking of his spit on my food. This is gross! It was around 2:30pm. The young lady was nice and apologized for him. They should limit their convo when prepping food and avoid licking their fingers when it's clear he was not about to wash it prior to making the next sandwich. I shouldn't have seen that at all.

To whom it may concern: Previously I've been at your store in Lantana fl. I always order the Italian combo. When I got home the sandwich was NOT! made right. I let it slide because I love the Italian sub. I went back yesterday 4/7/23Placed my order as always again! paid, they gave me my cup went got my soda & bag of ships. Sat down, while I was waiting the lady behind the counter asked, what did you order? I got up and said! Italian.20 minutes later she said was readyDidn't think ? nothing of it cuz no one was there, but I noticed she was doing the on line order's. When I got home SURPRISE! IT ROAST BEEF NOT ! ITALIAN. I've proceeded and called they put me on hold and no one came back to my call. It's ashame because is the only store in my area the others are so far away. I'm sure you're losing customers.1st time ever writing negative review. Tried to eat it was very hungry, but couldn't it the roast beef was horrible. $13 Dollar down the drain.
