The worst experience at a Flanagan ever. I'm sorry but your food terrible. The server seemed disinterested, the wings came of brown. The oil was burnt clearly. For I'll after. Never going b a customer to your location again. I'm sticking with the southern locations. Wow

First time here at Flanigan’s… wow, super impressed. The staff is incredible, the management was so attentive. Our server was Isabella and she was super energetic and just awesome. Went over everything with the menu. Super positive across the board. Got wings, and some sides, and some beers. My girlfriend got the spicy Joe, it was not spicy. lol
But if that’s the worst of our issues we are totally fine

Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. My son had an incredible burger. I had the loaded nachos, which were HUGE!! I just wish there were a little more meat to go with all those toppings. Otherwise, would definitely recommend. I've been here many times and will go back again.

I’m truly grateful with Angelica because of her our experience went smoother and better but food was ok.

So this review has been up for a while now, no response to bad reviews. I am making sure every customer at my business knows about you not accommodating a simple salad for an allergy and that it was never addressed by management. This was my whole family's spot for birthdays and most milestone celebrations. No more. Once I told the other 20 people who didn't go that day they stopped too. And they are telling their friends.

Have been going to this location my whole life. Will never again. I wanted the Salad Salad no egg add blackened Mahi. But no they apparently premake the salads. So the egg is just sitting on the salad all day. Nope can't eat that. They couldn't make one SALAD for my allergy. I could not believe that I was asked to order something else. It's a salad. I'm just never going again. What else is pre-made these days there? And the manager neve came to our table. I guess that's not a thing anymore either. I still tipped my server well as I always do. But I will take my money and my allergy elsewhere from now on. My second favorite restaurant has just been promoted. I have never had a place not at least try to accommodate. That's was just horrid customer service.

Pattie was our server and was great, very nice and accommodating. Three of us got burgers, mine rare and it was excellently done. No complaints here besides the fries being a little stale.

Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak to-go with my friend. Food was ready for pick-up and tasted delicious. Atmosphere in the restaurant was great for the little time I was in there. Lots of great food options to try once in the area.
