We were a table of six for dinner on a Friday night. Food was good, but service was absolutely terrible! The bar was out of Blue Moon & Guinness ... very disappointing. Appetizers were served at the same time as dinners and one dinner wasn't served at all. No water was offered or served. Soft drinks weren't refilled until we went to the bar to ask for refills. There seemed to be plenty of workers, but no one helped our table until we flagged someone down. We also had to get up and request take home boxes. We live in the area and won't be returning.

I was nearby, so I give it a shot. Waited over 35 minutes, but was never served or asked for my order.Judging by other tables the food didn't look that great. Definitely not worth a return visit. One and done experience. NOT a place I'd recommend to visit.

This was my second time here and honestly, I’m done. The first time I came (Labor Day), the service was awesome, friendly, quick, and on point. That’s what made me want to come back.

But this shift? Total opposite. It took 30 minutes just for someone to finally come to our table, and then another 45 minutes to get our food. And it wasn’t even busy. The staff was too busy hanging out and talking to each other while two other tables literally got up and left because of how bad it was. We were about to leave too, but we had our 10-month-old with us and were already on edge. Sitting there with a baby while being completely ignored is not okay.

It’s crazy how much difference a shift makes. One team made me think this place was worth it, but this crew was just lazy, unprofessional, and careless. No greeting, no drinks, no service, nothing. Just watching customers walk out.

Malik was the best server as he attended to us amazingly in a high stress environment! He went above and beyond to ensure our requests and needs were met with amazing customer service. Great vibe and amazing food as always!

Had a great experience! Our server Malik was super friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic! With many establishments raising their prices while lowering the food quality (not to mention the terrible service) this experience at Hurricane was a more than welcomed change! Thank You!

Arrived tonight at 6:50 pm & we’re done at 8:36 pm. It’s not fine dining; food took forever to come out. Nobody asked how anything was or if we needed anything else. We were seated at the bar. My coconut shrimp tacos were ice cold. My husband’s beachside chicken was delicious. Our sides came out about 10 minutes after our entrees. My chips & salsa side turned into chips & guac. Certainly would not rush back.
