For the price, it's expensive and weird that you get a lot of fries but if you order a full steak sub open it to see if it covers the entire length of the sandwich. I had a solid inch of mayo flavored bread. I mean the sandwich doesn't have to be mile high, stacked but it should have steak from end to end.

Got a sub literally had one slice of deli meat on both subs tried to call talk to the manager. The employees are trying to talk to me instead of the manager finally, I get the manager on the phone. He’s of no help one star

From the moment I walked in, Megan greeted me immediately and was super professional, respectful, and polite. I really appreciated not feeling rushed at all, especially since it was my first time there. Megan took the time to explain the menu and answer all my questions, making it the best first experience I’ve had at any business ever.
Customer Service: The staff at Jon Smith Subs, especially Megan, are fantastic! Megan’s friendliness and eagerness to help set the tone for the entire visit. The service was quick and efficient, but they still took the time to make sure my order was perfect.
Food Quality: The subs here are out of this world! I tried the steak and cheese sub, and it was nothing short of amazing. The bread was perfectly fresh, the ingredients were top-notch, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and it makes all the difference. Came here this eve being got 2 sandwiches one foot long ine 6 inch maple bacon chicken and Cajun chicken with 2 chips one medium soda and a small fry and it cost $45 for 2 meals and was FORCED to tip a minimum of 18% for fast food? There was no option for lower or nothing maple bacon was very mediocre surprisingly after it saying (You HAVE TO GET THIS ONE) in bold letters next to it super sweet maple syrup flavor was all I could taste Cajun chicken was to much onion will not be back again don’t recommend would give 0 stars if I could

This used to be my favorite place til they fired all the original employees. So they could hire CHEAPER EMPLOYEES. NOT CARING THAT THEY HAVE KIDS. EMPLOYEES THAT WERE THERE OVER 20 YEARS..... YOU PEOPLE SUCK. YOUR FOOD SUCKS
