I decided to try Joy Luck II in Lake Worth. The 1st red flag was the lady answering the phone with "Hello?" I had to ask if I had the right number. She took my order rather grudgingly and told me it would be 15 mins. Not only did it take much longer, the place is very hot inside and has a terrible odor. Not worth it if you have other options.

I bought food for my 90 yr old dad and ordered a large seafood delight. He got it and ate several bites but noticed it tasted funny. When he looked at the food closer he noticed it was a bit slimy. Needless to say my dad caught food poisoning .. he developed severe stomach cramping and diarrhea for several days and was in extreme pain. It’s been a week and he’s still recovering and now he’s saying he’s terrified to touch Chinese food ever again. Shame on you for serving stale food especially seafood to your customers. It’s dangerous especially with the elderly. Wont be back here.

They have a 4.7 in Uber eats. Because of this, we ordered two main entrees and two appetizers. What a disappointment.Everything was bland. I paid extra for shrimp friend rice, I received some ricee with no veggies and 4 shrimp. Never seen this.My boyfriend's dish was tasteless.Food rating 0 out of 0 stars. Don't waste your money
