JOY LUCK 2 what happened? I ordered moo goo gai pan and I received chicken with mixed vegetables in a brown sauce. Styrofoam containers? We’ve been customers for years. I guess it’s new owners. Time to find another Chinese restaurant

This USED TO be my favorite Chinese restaurant in entire West Palm Beach. Nobody made the fried rice like them it was very unique with a high temperature smoke flavor with the rice. It was amazing but now they have a new owner and unfortunately they said there's a different cook. All the employees are different and none of the food tastes the same. It's not bad. It's average Chinese food, but if this used to be your spot, this is not the spot anymore. New chef, new menu, everything more expensive. Half of my fried rice was probably straight onion. The prices are high and they try to skimp you on size and flavor. At least the egg roll was good.

My first time, I’m forgiving but I pray that the occasion will not arise For a reason to return. With that being said; the female cashier/server just needs a little attitude makeover.whether it’s the owner or just a worker. Very busy with online orders , plus to meet the demand of in-house up in your face ,I know it can be overwhelming BUT PLEASE GET MORE HELP WHERE YOU COULD BE MORE RESPECTFUL, without being agitated. Please note: some places customers do not returned, not because of the food, but the personnel, Eg: A particular Jamaican restaurant (Dutch Pot) in Pembroke Pines /Ft Lauderdale region . The food can be very salty or too sweet, but there’s a male server there with the greatest attitude, yes you can overlook all the other stuff, if he serves you ; it worth the mess!!

I decided to try Joy Luck II in Lake Worth. The 1st red flag was the lady answering the phone with "Hello?" I had to ask if I had the right number. She took my order rather grudgingly and told me it would be 15 mins. Not only did it take much longer, the place is very hot inside and has a terrible odor. Not worth it if you have other options.
