$52 for a 16-piece chicken meal you think you would include some drinks but no they wanted them charge you $3 a drink for the whole family what a rip-off never again. Not even sure why I came here after so many years of not eating this garbage

Just used Loughborough drive thru for 3 meals costing £35. My son found multiple hairs in his stranger things burger. Very disappointed and put everyone off their meal. Tried to complain on the website 3 times and waited for a care agent to be thrown out of the queue. So disappointed and £35 down😔

Stopped by at 11:55 am today for some hot fresh lunch with my mother in law when we were kindly greeting by the nice young lady who kindly took our order !! As we got up to the window we were also kindly greeted by the GM,Mira! She had such a wonderful friendly personality just like the nice young lady taking our order ! I just had to compliment how nice and kind they were :) thank you ladies for the hot fresh fast food and warm kind personality’s !!!! <3

They steal your money. I ordered online and cancelled the order. I called the 800 number and they tell you to put a claim in to get your refund. Well let’s just say I’m still waiting from the summer time and it’s now September. And their food really fell off that’s why they trying to give away a box of free chicken.

Tried to order the free 8 piece through the app. I ordered enough of the tiny, overpriced sides to qualify for said deal. Got to the LaFollette Tennessee location where I was informed the chicken order didn't go through and I was just out of luck. They refused to refund the sides. Ate their terrible and tiny sides with chicken from Walmart. KFC will never see another dime from me

Best grilled chicken in town! We get the grilled chicken breasts and remove the skin. Split a small coleslaw and mashed potato. Maria the manager is excellent. She is doing a great job in training and overseeing the restaurant. Our meals and the service are always excellent. Very friendly, clean and accommodating atmosphere.
