Terrible...I ordered dark meat chicken and she rung me up for white meat chicken. I opened my to go box and saw white meat chicken. I politely asked her for dark meat. The guy serving the chicken gave me the tiniest bit of dark meat chicken that he could find.

Also, the chicken was very bland. No flavor at all 😕 I won't be going back as there is also a Very limited and compact parking lot

Terrible service. She did not hide the fact she was annoyed the moment I had questions about the menu and my dietary restrictions. Excuse me, but I don’t want to get sick! Rather than helping me find something that is dairy and gluten free, she asked me to stand to the side so the five people behind me can order in front of me. How rude. When I asked whether the plantains had gluten or dairy - rather than finding out, she said “I don’t know. I wouldn’t get them.” Sheesh. Plus - evaporated milk in ceviche? I’ll never set foot in here again.

Woman with highlights is not polite and lacks customer service. Each time my family or myself comes here we do not feel welcomed. I’ve never had a problem with their food, just the front of house staff has an attitude problem.

If you don't speak Spanish DONT GO. Extreamly racist against white English speaking people. Ignored me totally and when Spanish guy entered after me he got immediate attention. Rude beyond Belief

The workers were rude and didn’t care. When our food was ready they didn’t try at all to notify us and we ended up eating cold steak, fish, and chicken including sides. We had to wipe our own table because it was dirty, including the fact they didn’t provide us with napkins on our table. Employees were rude topped off with a bad attitude.

It looks dirty in here. The girls gave me attitude and i had to wait 20 minutes for soup that was already made 🙄. They were giving people free stuff, and when i inquired, they denied it. It's just terrible I won't be coming back

2nd time they give me a baby 1/4 chicken idk man could be just me or the chickens have gotten smaller. I don’t like getting full off just rice n beans.

My food was handled good as far as I could see from where I was. However, I witnessed a few orders with improper food handling(no gloves), food was dropped on prep area and picked up barehanded and placed back in plates. As well as food handlers wiping the prep areas and with the same unwashed hands, touching food, food also fell on a washcloth and was placed back in customer plate. The order we placed tasted decent, however, my chicken was salty while my husband's steak lacked seasoning.
