This isn't tex-mex. Rice and beans are garbage. "Gucamole" is an avocado puree and runny. Flavors on my chicken chimichanga were good but never in my life have I ever had one served without queso or a gravy on top. Overpriced.

I don’t think the two rude teenage girls who work the counter have ever opened this restaurant on time. It’s astounding how rude these two are and how upset they get just because they are required to do their jobs. The shoot horrible glances and utter rude comments in Spanish not thinking I know what they’re saying because I’m white. I have tried contacting the manager about this and nothing has been done. Even today. It’s nearly 10 am and they still aren’t open

The food is very good. Great beans! But the menu is odd, and the experience is inconsistent. I never know when there will be peppers and carrots available. The size of the dish varies to the point that if I order the same burrito one day I can't finish it, and another day I'll be hungry after eating it. Sometimes it's grilled, sometimes not. Chile rellenos are often unavailable, even early in the day. The cashiers tend to be Unfriendly, but today's cashier was rude. She was friendly to her coworkers, but rude to me. I think because I asked for tap water instead of bottled. She actually frowned.Vegetarian options: Still made with the same beans, cooked in lard.

Never pick up the Food, never PAID, and she behaved so bad not like a lady. We have to take our LOSS for this food and take it to the trash…. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had w a restaurant. The manager Eduardo is ridiculously rude and insulting. Our food was never delivered. We placed an order for over $50 and all he was worried about was whether he could keep the money even though the food delivery service they referred us to never came to pick up our food. They charged me and I never received my food. There are plenty of other Tex mex places in West Palm Beach. LUPITA’S PRACTICES BAD BUSINESS, take your business elsewhere.

Counter service is increasingly getting worse. Been coming here for years and in the last year it has sucked. The food has been good but lately it's been a miss. Add to that that it feels like you are sitting in a live action Grand Theft Auto. I've never seen it this bad. Homeless people wandering the parking lot, what looked like prostitution on the patio and drug dealers in front of the neighboring liquor store - I just started laughing like what the hell is going to happen next when a homeless guy came right up to the window where our booth was and dead eye stared at me for what seemed like an hour before wondering off.

I ordered my food and didn't get 4 steak tacos only got 3. I made a mistake and ordered chorizo tacos instead and they made me pay for them even though I didn't want them. Last time I go here. Food is horrible taste nasty.
