This McDonald’s has good food and it looks nice, but it has horrible service. They need to have someone standing at the counter simply helping the people that stand and wait by the counter. I’m often waiting over ten minutes for simply a refill and many of the workers make me feel like an inconvenience. Please fix this McDonald’s. We rarely come because of the awful service.

This place is absolutely horrible, customer service was very slow and disappointing, Im not expecting a 5 star hotel service but people should start to act their wage, getting 13 dollars an hour for the treatment they gave me today is disgraceful. I saw more than 12 cars pass by me before they game me my order, the staff members were disrespectful and mean. If it were for me, the 0 stars is well deserved.

This McDonald’s is located 1 signal east of Lake Worth and Turnpike. Location is good, it’s in a plaza with Adrenaline trampoline park so it’s great to bring kids afterwards. However the interior design is horrible; it has no flow and there are random walls blocking view. They have 2 bar height tables and random metal 2 tops so most of it is not kid friendly. Service is very very slow; I’ve never had a wait under 10 minutes. Even though my number said ready and I could see my food they take forever to bring it. I go to McDonald’s almost daily but this location needs a remodel and faster service.

Waited at the drive through for 8 minutes. For a medium beverage. Nothing else.

Manager and a worker were very rude we waited patiently in line to wait for a cashier to come and attend us and they made no eye contact what’s so ever. There was no one to help, everyone just acted like no one was trying to get their attention they just completely ignored me and another lady. When I asked one employe for help she replied and said “ we are too busy if you want you can use the kiosk” um excuse me? I had my baby in my hands and waited patiently for someone to attend not only me but a few customers in line. Employees don’t have their name tags and neither does the manager. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or not but that is not how a customer should be treated here or at any other restaurant. Horrible experience for someone who just wanted to order their food and let my kids play in the playground
