I had one of the most disappointing experiences at McDonald’s today. I placed my order and waited, but not a single employee came up to check on it, confirm it, or even say a word to me. I stood there confused, unsure if my food was being made or forgotten completely. No communication, no acknowledgment, nothing.
It’s frustrating when you’re spending your money and can’t even get basic customer service. I wasn’t asking for anything special — just a simple check-in or update would’ve made a big difference. Instead, I was left standing around wondering what was going on. Definitely not the fast, friendly service McDonald’s claims to offer. Do better.

Had to place order at kiosk. Didn't get receipt. Had employee place order again. Asked her to make sure my card wasn't charged twice. I got no receipt again. And my card was charged twice!!!!! Now I have to go back there. After that I'm never going there again.

This McDonald’s supposed to open at 6AM, when I come with my kid to take her some freak fast, it turns out the lady with the red head, doesn’t want to open at the time she supposed to instead she opens at 7am to 7:30am n says no one is here while 2 men and few ladies are still working inside, I hope the manager of the manager in this locations takes care of this, cuz 6am is the time we eat our break fast

I’ve had enough with the poor experiences at this McDonald's location. While I’ve previously dealt with delayed orders, cold fries, and missing items, the final straw was finding a live cockroach inside one of the Happy Meal boxes I purchased. This horrifying incident, separate from the ongoing issues, scared my child and completely ruined our meal. The repeated problems and lack of care have made it impossible for me to trust this location anymore. Serious improvements are urgently needed.

I ordered the $5 meal deal for my son cuz we were in a hurry and he needed lunch and the forgot his nuggets.. A 6year old that's missing his nuggets is not a happy site..

I went through drive thru and they have two lanes for it. When I went to put in the order lady tells me "hold on one second", instead coming back to me she take the order of other person on lane next to me and three more people. She didn't even acknowledge me if there was a problem. So I left and drove right by the check out window and she just gives me a smerk look! Does McDonald's think this is a good customer service??? I will never go back to this McDonald's again, and I'm also going to tell all my coworkers how they treat some people there!

This is the early morning review i came to eat inside with my son the door said they open at 5:30am and the door was locked at 6:50am we went through the drive true and they took almost 15 min waiting there for the food they forgot the straw and also i payd over 22$ for 2 breakfast and they forgot one hash brown and a straw for my son drinks i wouldn’t come back this early ever again i normaly like the mid early lady she is amaizing but today this place was horrible on everything

Location closed by health department 12/12 . This establishment is messed up there was like a three month period in the summer where the AC was not working I can't imagine what goes on behind that wall.
