They need some control or proper management here, this is the 4th time in a row I got the wrong items, even for the wrong items the fries were undercooked and cold. The burgers were old.. It’s McDonald’s it’s not that difficult.

The manager and staff were the rudest people that I have ever encountered. Absolutely disgusting behavior. The worst customer service possible. They should not work in hospitality business. This encounter was on Friday night 10:30 pm. I return the cheeseburger because tasted bad. The cheese smell bad. The cheeseburger was not at the standard. Thinking that was going to be an easy return or even they will offer and exchange like normal restaurant. The staff at the first window and then the manager on duty decided to argue and fight with me about the cheeseburger. Behavior unacceptable. The manager should not be working. She is not a leader. What could have been and easy I’m sorry here is your return or exchange turned into a nightmare. She refused to give me her name. I will never comeback to that location .

I’ve lived here for about 5 years now and I can’t honestly remember having a problem they are always so nice they recently had the Halloween boo basket and I asked for a specific one and they where more than happy to get it for me there’s always the kindest old lady at the pick up window and she always says god bless

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at McDonald’s today. I placed my order and waited, but not a single employee came up to check on it, confirm it, or even say a word to me. I stood there confused, unsure if my food was being made or forgotten completely. No communication, no acknowledgment, nothing.
It’s frustrating when you’re spending your money and can’t even get basic customer service. I wasn’t asking for anything special — just a simple check-in or update would’ve made a big difference. Instead, I was left standing around wondering what was going on. Definitely not the fast, friendly service McDonald’s claims to offer. Do better.
